Terrible service for people and Uber delivery people. The store says it closes at 8 at night and at 7:20 they are already closed. They continue accepting orders and do not deliver them. They say it is not their problem. They yell at you and insult you for being Hispanic just for demanding the order that their clients order. Terrible service and poor treatment towards customers. Who are we who make their store work? Without clients who prefer it, their brand would not exist. They should stipulate the actual closing time and they should close Uber early so that food is not ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would give them for the type of people that work...

This is the only Baskin Robbins near me in miles. Every time I come here, they don't have ice cream. The guy working here had an attitude with me when I asked. He said that every Wednesday at 4, he has to put the ice cream and defrost the case. I asked if we could still order, and he just gets the ice cream from the freezer. My best friend gave me a gift card for Baskin Robbins. She knows that there are 2 things I cannot resist - the second one is sweets. It is of no importance whether we are talking about chocolates, cakes, ice cream - send them my way!
