I signed my my daughter name to get an undercut and style. Michael said it was no guarantee that she would get a cut because they finish at 6 PM and he would call me. There was 3 people ahead of us getting simple things. I know this man let a little boy skip my daughter. After waiting almost an hour he told me they were finished and I could come back next week. I spoke to Michael and told him he could have called me and told me she would not be able to get her undercut instead of having me waiting. The only explaination was an apology.
