I apologize for everyone who thinks burger King cares about their guests. They literally moved their headquarters to Canada; when they merged with tim Hortons #1 to get a tax break. #2 to sell off the company to franchisees( multi market restaurant groups that micro manage) but still have to pay out royalties but again lower taxes. #3 and the best one.!!!( They use automated app that replies to all complaints!) They don't even read them fix them or care. They make you think you care by sending you coupons or free burger or shake just to make you spend more money. There is no owner. Mc donalds; bk; Taco Bell; Wendy's; will always have customers. They pay a a.I. company to auto respond to almost every complaint and then send you a coupon to get you to come spend more. It's cheaper than paying the employees more; and better training. Because at the end of the day - all you need to do to run a bk.is know how to put the deposit into the safe. And unless the complaint is more than just opinion . For example someone got sick or health code issue; then they act. No one really cares anymore. Because customers don't care. Read moreI ordered and early lunch with my father through the drivethru window. After we received our order and parked nearby. I noticed my father mentioned the cheese tots we order was cold. I tasted the tots and found it was indeed cold. I went back inside the establishment and could not find any employee to help me. I shout out to get someones attention hiding in the back. A teenage employee came up to me was very annoyed towards my issue while I requested fresh hot tots. The teenage employee did not wanted to help regarding my issue and wanted me to leave. However one of the older ladies in the line cook, was asking what was the issue. I explained to her the tots where cold. She proceeded to reheat a fresh batch of tots for me, after the teenage employee did not care. Management needs to properly train the younger employees about customer service better and with a smile instead of having employees with an annoyed look on there face when customer come up with a problem regarding the food. Read moreThe service at this burger king is absolutely awful. We made an online order and when we went to pick it up it was wrong so they told us to go inside to fix it. When we reexplained the issue, one of the workers was EXTREMELY rude. She was fighting us about how the order couldn't have been wrong cause the screen didn't show that which maybe the online order customization is different then the stores but it was still wrong. Instead of just trying to fix it calmly, she was giving extreme attitude and being nasty to us. The manager (I assume he was the manager) was very nice and tried to help fix it unlike her. Although they ended up messing up our order and they had to redo it AGAIN, the manager guy tried his best.
