One day, we ordered the spaghetti and we realize something was different. It tasted like low quality pasta. Nothing about it was the same to the point where we stopped eating it for over two months.
Recently we tried it again and were pleased to find out It was the original spaghetti.
Just today, we ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and once again it was the low-grade low quality pasta which we threw out immediately. We called the restaurant and spoke with one of the staff who explained to us that when they run out of the good pasta. They use a different pasta instead of taking it off the menu for that day. I asked if I could speak to a manager, he informed me that the manager was not in at the time and I could call back at 6 PM. When I called back at 6 PM I spoke to someone named Maria not only would not connect to the manager, but ended up hanging up the phone after I requested one.
Very disappointed this was one of our favorite places to order takeout. Not only do, I think it taste this customers this way, Also a company it's a really bad look to serve something differently just because you run out of a product. You should never serve a lesser quality meal to your customers and try to play it off as the same. If you buy a filet mignon and get a skirt steak, you shouldn't be paying for the same.
If you are constantly running out of the pasta, instead of ruining the integrity of the dish, maybe order more of the correct pasta.
