Ever since we found this place, we fell in love. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs almost 3 times a week every week. It was amazing. One day, we ordered the spaghetti and we realize something was different. It tasted like low quality pasta. Nothing about it was the same to the point where we stopped eating it for over two months. Recently we tried it again and were pleased to find out It was the original spaghetti. Just today, we ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and once again it was the low-grade low quality pasta which we threw out immediately. We called the restaurant and spoke with one of the staff who explained to us that when they run out of the good pasta. They use a different pasta instead of taking it off the menu for that day. I asked if I could speak to a manager, he informed me that the manager was not in at the time and I could call back at 6 PM. When I called back at 6 PM I spoke to someone named Maria not only would not connect to the manager, but ended up hanging up the phone after I requested one. Very disappointed this was one of our favorite places to order takeout. Not only do, I think it taste this customers this way, Also a company it's a really bad look to serve something differently just because you run out of a product. You should never serve a lesser quality meal to your customers and try to play it off as the same. If you buy a filet mignon and get a skirt steak, you shouldn't be paying for the same. If you are constantly running out of the pasta, instead of ruining the integrity of the dish, maybe order more of the correct pasta. To be fair I never wanted to leave this review. I absolutely loved this place and would continue eating there without fail but the substitute pasta is absolute trash as you can see in the picture attached to this review that's exactly where it belongs.

My recent visit to Pizzaiola in Little Havana was absolutely incredible, and I can confidently say this is hands down the best pizza I've had in Miami! From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was fantastic, setting the perfect stage for a delightful meal. The food here is simply divine. I had the Nduja pizza, and it was utterly delicious – every bite was a burst of flavor. I also tried the pizza with hot honey, and it truly hit the spot, a perfect blend of sweet and savory. It's clear that their wood-fired pizzas are crafted with passion and expertise, resulting in an airy, perfectly cooked crust and fresh, high-quality toppings. Even their delivery is on point, so I can only imagine how much better it is to dine in! Beyond the amazing food, the service was exceptional. Our server, Emily, was incredibly nice and helpful, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. All the staff were kind and attentive, making the entire dining experience seamless and enjoyable. I also indulged in a refreshing passion fruit mojito, garnished with mint and fresh sugar cane, which was a perfect complement to the meal. Pizzaiola is a true gem, conveniently located and perfect for anyone craving authentic, delicious pizza. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a relaxed dinner, this place delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend Pizzaiola for an unforgettable pizza experience – I'm already planning my next visit!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a wood fired pizzeria in Little Havana, Miami and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This restaurant truly deserves a five-star review for their amazing food and outstanding service. First of all, the pizzas were simply delicious. The crust was crispy and perfectly charred from the wood fired oven, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I tried several different varieties, and each one was better than the last. The classic Margherita pizza was my personal favorite, with its tangy tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese, and fragrant basil. In addition to the pizzas, I also had the opportunity to sample some of the restaurant's pasta dishes. Again, I was blown away by the quality and flavor of the food. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauces were rich and delicious. I highly recommend the fettuccine chicken Alfredo– it was a true standout. But it wasn't just the food that impressed me – the service was top-notch as well. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. They were happy to make recommendations and answer any questions we had about the menu. Overall, I would highly recommend this wood fired pizzeria to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Italian food in Little Havana. The combination of amazing food and outstanding service truly sets this restaurant apart. Five stars all around!

As a seasoned food enthusiast and a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur, it's not easy to impress me when it comes to this iconic dish. However, Pizzaiola has managed to capture my heart (and taste buds) like no other pizzeria has before. Here's why I find myself returning to Pizzaiola as a regular patron, eagerly anticipating each delicious visit.

The Exquisite Crust Pizzaiola's chefs have mastered the delicate art of creating the perfect pizza crust. Each pie boasts a thin, crispy base that expertly walks the line between chewiness and crunch. The slightly charred edges add a smoky undertone, contrasting the soft, tender interior in a harmonious dance of textures. Fresh, High-Quality Ingredients At Pizzaiola, the ingredients speak for themselves. The pizzeria sources only the freshest, most authentic ingredients to ensure that each bite is a flavor explosion. From the tangy San Marzano tomatoes to the creamy, melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella, every element is expertly crafted to bring out the best in each pizza. Inventive Flavor Combinations As a regular, I can attest to Pizzaiola's penchant for pushing culinary boundaries. The menu offers an intriguing mix of classic favorites and unique, innovative creations. One such standout is the truffle-infused pizza, which marries earthy, aromatic truffle oil with rich, creamy fontina cheese and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. It's a sensory experience that I simply cannot get enough of. Warm, Inviting Ambiance Pizzaiola's cozy, rustic atmosphere transports you to a charming Italian trattoria. The exposed brick walls and warm lighting create an intimate setting, while the open kitchen allows you to witness the magic of pizza-making first-hand. The friendly staff, always ready with a warm smile and helpful recommendations, truly make you feel at home. Unbeatable Consistency In all my visits to Pizzaiola, I've yet to encounter a single subpar meal. The pizzeria's commitment to quality and consistency is evident in every dish, from the antipasti to the decadent desserts. It's this unwavering dedication to excellence that keeps me coming back for more. In conclusion, Pizzaiola is more than just a pizzeria—it's a gastronomic haven that offers a symphony of flavors, tantalizing the senses and leaving you yearning for your next visit. As a regular, I can attest to the fact that Pizzaiola's commitment to quality, creativity, and ambiance is unparalleled. This unassuming gem has truly stolen a pizza my heart, and I cannot wait to see what culinary delights they'll...
