Starbucks — Restaurant in Miami

This store needs improvement. I am a regular customer coming to this store and I see employees and sometimes the manager engaging in discrimination and abusive practices. The store associate Jade and Ivan need to be fired.they don't tend to make people welcome and usually start persecuting customers that delay in the bathroom. I am a female and I usually tend to stay long to use the restroom ( Aprox. 10 minutes) I always check on my makeup and so on.These two people Ivan and Jade knock on my door , like prosecuting me for my delay...when I came out of the bathroom , they claimed Ivan(a male) and Jade needed to use the female restroom, but when I finally came out, I saw no one coming in the female bathroom...so they were doing such a scandal for nothing , really. Seriously, I don't understand why they engage in these abusive practices . I am a customer , I felt horribly mistreated by these...

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I was there with my six-month-old daughter and simply asked for some water. The employee told me they could only provide water with a purchase. Even if this is official policy, I believe there should be room for basic common sense and compassion—especially when someone has a small child. It would be great if the staff received a bit more training in customer service and basic courtesy. Experiences like this really affect how people feel...
