Subway — Restaurant in Miami

JAMÁS volveré a comprar o comerme un SUBWAY. Pésimo servicio al cliente el de esta ubicación. Parece que fueras a rogar por comida y no a gastar tu dinero en el. Cerca a este subway existe un Market de comida Colombiana quisimos ir con mi familia a comprar algunos víveres y luego ir a comer un Subway. Dejamos nuestro carro. Duramos 13 minutos contabilizados comprando los víveres y pagándolos en el lugar colombianos fuimos a dejar las cosas al carro y luego entrar al Subway. OH SORPRESA! Ya no estaba nuestro carro. Nos percatamos que la grúa estaba en la esquina con nuestro carro le dijimos que porfavor esperar que comprarías en Subway que simplemente compramos dulces y comida y Justo entrábamos al Subway que por el tiempo lo podía corroborar. Nos dijo NO. El administrador de Subway llamó para llevarnos el carro * 145 dólares costo. Hablamos con algunos residentes de la zona ! OH SORPRESA ES UNA MAFIA. La grúa se hace en la esquina donde no la vean y está contabilizando las personas que entrar a Subway y las que van a market de colombia y Justo ve que entraste a comprar algo al market sale a llevarse tu carro. No importa si consumes en Subway. Tienen carteles en el market colombiano evidenciando esta mafia pero desgraciadamente no nos percatamos cuando entramos ya que nuestro deseo era comer en Subway así que no le vimos problema. POR FAVOR EVITA COMER EN ESTE SITIO NO SEAS CÓMPLICE DE ESTA RED. Hoy por ti...

It's near my house so I eat here once a week or so. Love how they do the subs. Tuna one is my favorite. They wrap them beautifully. I have order take away and I've eaten there as well. Offers are great. The only downside is that they're not that friendly. I always greet them and smile but they are always with a long face. There is no concept of customer service. I Ordered a Cali they charged me for it but did not have the main ingredient that makes it a Cali. Their response was that they did not have avocados. After I complained that they were overcharging because they did not have avocado, the frozen avocado showed up. They were putting it in the microwave. I said I wanted my money back they refused. ...
