McDonald's — Restaurant in Michigan City

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered on the app as we had a large group order. Arrived to the restaurant and checked in online the app and put in the spot number. After over 15 mins waiting curbside and still no order (parking lot empty) my husband went inside to see what was going on. Once inside he waited at least 10 mins while workers walked past him and the staff in the back just chatted having a great time. Finally someone asked him what he needed and he said we’d been waiting curbside and the staff person said “you have to check in” he said “my wife checked in now over 20 mins ago”. She was extremely rude and not helpful. She stated that we had to check in and that he couldn’t just take the order. He came back out to the car stating we had to check in to receive the order. I checked the app and the order had cleared out and I couldn’t check in as I had already done so. My husband went back inside and was just handed a bag of food. No explanation, no “here you go” or “sorry for the wait”. Got the food home and found mold on the bagels. Absolutely awful service...

Ordered fresh food. Pull to the second window and the gentleman with dreads hands me a bag and says, “you had a filet cook to order?” I said “yes, as well as nuggets and 2 fries…” he told me to give him my receipt, I did. He argued with the grey short haired lady manager in a blue polo for a second, showed her that my receipt did in fact have fries on it. Bags the fries and just tried to hand me only the bag of fries. I said, “is that my other bag and can I please have that as well?” (It was, he sat it down and forgot) He got annoyed. I said, “man, they’re tripping tonight.” Out loud to my husband.The gentleman said, “what did you just say?” Aggressively, as if he was not the one continuously messing up…. I said, thank you. Have a good night! His response: yea that’s what I thought. Very hostile for no reason, about messed my order up twice, and my food wasn’t fresh. This is probably why we stopped going to this location. Do better. If you people want more money act like to like your jobs and at least be nice to the people coming to your establishment. I will NEVER go to this location again! I put in a mobile order for curbside pickup, when I got there I checked in on the app and waited 30 minutes for them to bring out my food! When I did finally get my food half the order was missing. I went inside and asked for the rest of my order where the rude manager told me I got my complete order. I informed her I was missing a chicken nugget happy meal and drink where she told me that she knows that I got it cuz she personally told an employee that they order needed to go out. I informed her again I didn't recieve it and that if I didn't get my missing meal I will be contacting the store manager and complaining as well as calling corporate and complaining at this point she "found" my missing meal and shoved it at me. I got in the car got home and proceeded to hand out the meals and every single thing was cold, the fries were stale and so salty they mind as well been a salt stick! They as never gave an straws to the 2 drinks i bought! I will still be complaining to both store manager...
