Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middleborough

Just had the absolute worst experience at this location. The cashier went to hand me my coffee and I took one look at it knew it was wrong, which I expressed. She (Mckenzie) proceeded to roll her eyes, huff and tell me this is what I ordered. I said no, repeated my order and then said you even asked me if I wanted anything extra in my coffee which I said no to (the coffee she tried to hand me clearly had milk and sugar and no cold foam like I ordered). She then cursed some expletive and said she didn't take my order, which is when another employee stepped in and told her (Mckenzie) to go calm down that's not how you act to customers. The new employee remade my coffee and simply and politely explained that dunkin no longer offered pumpkin cream cold foam and that the new drink has a pumpkin swirl with plain cold foam. (The original drink Mckenzie tried to hand me still never had cold foam on it so it was in fact wrong).

My take away from this experience is that Mckenzie needed to check her attitude and calmly explain that the seasonal drink I ordered was not being offered this year and I would have happily changed back to my normal order of a black cold brew.

Also I was still charged full price for my order after this altercation which I found insulting but did not mention at the window because I just wanted to get on...

COLD FOOD! SLOW! Huge drive thru waits. Already been waiting 20 minutes as I write this. On the go order? More like on the SLOW! Do not place an on the go, your food will get cold.

The employees at this location are great, and the food is always fine, but....

6/13/24:The drive thru is unfair. The split drive thru means multiple cars can get in front of you despite you being there first. I'm beyond frustrated and I just can't handle these kind of experiences. No more drive thru for me

05/03/24: the double lane drive threw is idiotic and dangerous. It helps nothing and from what I can tell has slowed things down. Legit in line 15+ minutes. This had never been happening before. -2 stars for safety and inconvenience. Upset my 15 minute break became 30 mins. The quality of thus place is sullied.

9/13/21: still the best dunks around.

A good dunks. Usually has your food or drinks on time whether you use the drive thru or walk in. Food is always well prepared or cooked correctly (bagels, bacon egg and cheese etc.). Some other dunks cant seem to do it right or microwave your bagel but this one always toasts them so they dont get hard/ chewy. It's always very clean and there always seems to be someone cleaning so that's a good sign. Staff is also friendly and doesnt seem miserable...

It's a hit or miss with Dunkin' Donuts, really. I order the same thing from every Dunkin Donuts whenever I go. Well, one of two things: extra large hot 9 and 9 OR large iced caramel swirl extra caramel swirl seven and seven with the sugar melted. If I ordered with melted sugar, they can either give me the melted sugar or it could come back with milk and sugar because they never verify and you just assume they heard you. I then just learned to say sugar melted. And, I have never seen a Dunkin Donuts consistently give out napkins. It's a thing with me. I order a messy coffee and a messy donut and I expected get at least 2 napkins. I usually have to ask for napkins. I don't understand why. It's not that difficult and napkins cannot be smarter than the rest of the people there. As a side note, does anybody happen to know if Dunkin Donuts is short on napkins? Are they trying to cut costs by...
