Edit-see below for original review Gave the place another chance because the food is decent..again went in there and stood literally right in front of a waitress at the register who does not even acknowledge me. I finally just told her I had a pick-up order and she just walked away. Didn't tell me that it was going to be a minute, NOTHING. The manager guy came out looking dirty with a stained shirt on and said hello, then walked away into the kitchen. I finally had to just yell to him what my order was, only to discover the woman on the phone mishear "grilled cheese," and instead made a grilled chicken. I speak to people all day on the phone got my job, I know you have to speak slow clear and articulate over the phone. How she mixed it up, I have no clue. The manager guy yelled for somebody to make the grilled cheese but I was in a serious time crunch and had an important meeting at work, so I told them to just cancel the order. I definitely will not be returning this time because every single time I've been in here I've experienced the rudeness and lack of customer service. If I worked a job where I relied on tips, I would probably be walking around with the biggest, fakest smile all day long and talking to everybody because that's how life works! The food here is awesome but the customer service is the worst that I've experienced at any public place in a long time. I've been in here a couple of times and specifically today was the worst. When you walk into a place and employees just look at you rather than acknowledging you for a solid 5 minutes, that's a problem and you probably shouldn't work in customer service. I understand the business and people working, but if you are able to look at me you were able to acknowledge my presence. One lady literally stared at me the whole time while she was rolling silverware and never even said hi we'll be with you in one moment or anything like that. Will not be returning which is a shame because I come here all the time. If I wanted to be treated poorly in a restaurant I would go somewhere in my own neighborhood. I expect a little better service in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe are staying in the area and decided to give this place a try, BEST DECISION EVER! The Food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, whoever is in the kitchen knows exactly what they are doing . The portions are huge. My daughter had the strip steak, I had chopped sirloin and my husband had the meatloaf,it was all perfect ! The mashed potatoes are awesome, the gravy is even better and the bread was delicious. Their salad is the best . And even the coffee was perfect . My only complaint would have to be "maybe bigger coffee cups?" But over all this is the best meal we have had in forever at a restaurant.my compliments to the chef , the owner , and all the friendly , beautiful waitresses. Will definitely go back! On a side note the Louisiana chicken is the spiciest dish ever. My daughter tried it ,and I did as well, very delicious ,, but extremely spicy . I had thought nothing in the world is too spicy for her ,, she can eat anything, however it was one dish that surpassed her taste buds and mine .š¤£š¤£but if you're a spice lover ,, then definitely...
