I had a phone order for four large pizzas. It was placed an hour and 15 minutes before the time of pickup. When I came to pick up my pizzas, 2 minutes early, I entered the building where four employees were working. I was not spoken to for 5 minutes even though the entrance door has bells on it. Finally one employee asked me what my name was. I told him my name and what the order was. There was no response. I waited for another 10 minutes before someone asked me how many pizzas I was waiting for. I told them four large. I saw two employees talking to each other and looking at the receipt orders hanging in the back. I came to find out that one of my pizzas was either not made or was given to a drive-through customer. I waited another few minutes until the gentleman from the back said that my pizzas were going to be ready soon. I did see three large pizzas underneath the heat lamps. There was another pizza going into the oven at this time. That pizza was the pizza that was given away. Still nothing was said to me. Finally around 5 to 7 minutes later one of the employees said my order would be ready in 1 minute. A second employee walked by and said " Oh no. Make that 45 seconds". At this point I think it was just a game. He boxed up the last pizza and put it on top of the other three that were under the heat lamps now for an additional 20 minutes. I paid for my order. Not one of the four employees working that evening said they were sorry or apologized for the mix-up. This was so unprofessional. I was the only customer in the store, so it's not like they were super busy. They did have a few deliveries being made but there were two delivery personnel. Because of this experience I find myself questioning whether to go back to Domino's at all. There are so many pizza chains to choose from, you would think that customer service should be your number one priority. At this location there was no customer service at all. As for the pizza, the one was warm and the other...
Read moreDONT JUST READ MY REVIEW THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER REVIEWS THAT HIGHLIGHT THE INCOMPETENCE OF THIS PLACE: Placed an order for delivery and my pizza was completely wrong. It must have been mixed up with another pizza. I called to ask for a new to be delivered to me. I was placed on hold for 10 mins waiting for a manager and hung up and called back. The guy I spoke with couldn’t give me any sort of ETA at all and acted clueless about when I could get it. So I just wonder what he was telling people that ordered for delivery what the ETA for their order was. Offered me $15 store credit which I reluctantly took (not much of a consolation, as the pizza was $11 something). So then I proceeded to order delivery from Marcos and got a delivery of one of the best chain pizzas I’ve ever had. So if you’re in the area and wondering where you should order from, at least dont get from this dominos, this one in particular is incompetent. The last time I came to this one for pick up, they had the order ready but didn’t realize that it was mine until I stood there for 10 mins and asked me for the name of my order and then handed me the order when they had previously told me to wait, so needless to say my order cold. I’ve worked fast food and restaurants and the staff they have just don’t seem competent. Avoid at all costs unless you want to order a pizza with bacon pepperoni and olives and receive a pizza that has sausage, pepperoni and onion and deal deal with a manger that can’t even tell you what the ETA for delivery is. Just done sit this location. I’m gonna redeem my $15 credit and never look back. Hopefully they can get that last order right. I’m not a Ken (make version of Karen) because as you can see I don’t have many reviews. That’s how pissed I am with my experience. I’ve worked in a kitchen and understand mistakes but this place is despicable. Needs better management...
Read moreTHEIR TEAM ARE UNCONSIDERATE AND LAZY. My husband placed an order around 5:30. Their system emailed him back a few minutes later stating "Your order is being Prepared at 5:32". We waited 45 minutes with no updates on their tracking system. My husband called the store and selected the option for Order Tracking. After 10 min, I called the store from my phone and selected New Order. 6 min after I called, someone picked up the New Order line while my husband was still on hold for Order Tracking. Then the guy goes on to tell me that they don't have any drivers and they are calling people as their orders come up before they start cooking them. I am not proud, but I actually yelled at him. I told him my kids and family had been waiting over an HOUR for any kind of update and now it would be almost bedtime by the time we actually got to feed our kids. He apologized but it didn't feel sincere, more tired and didn't care. He canceled our order. I did tell him it was ridiculous for him to WAIT to inform people that they either had to come pick up their dinner or they weren't getting it when people had lives. They can't say they don't know when a new order comes in. It can't take that long for them to verify if it was pickup or delivery. And they should have the ability to turn off the delivery option of the website. It felt like a scam - like they were trying to get people to call in and capitulate to pick-up so they wouldn't lose the order. Dick move. Won't ever order there again. Their pizza isn't nearly as good as Papa Johns anyway. We only ordered there b/c of...
