I happen to arrive early for an event next door at their event space and needed something to nosh on after the drive. I had the opportunity to visit Brewbury previously for a private event, so I wasn’t opposed to stopping in again.

Brewbury sits adjacent too and shares a parking lot with Vyne. A fabulous event space and venue by the same owners. However, Brewbury is more of an everyday spot with a casual family-friendly atmosphere.

Think neighborhood bar, meets brewery, meets sports bar with arcade games and lounge area. The space accommodates all with a centered wraparound bar, pool tables, and plenty of TVs throughout.

To the left you will find the couches for lounging along with the pool tables and arcade games. To the right are their distillery containers, where they brew their own beers. You will find tubing apparatuses running along the ceiling above leading to the taps. In addition to beer and wine they have fully stocked bar with a large selection as well as a full food menu. With an array of wings, salads, wraps, flatbreads and bar snacks.

On this evening we sat @ the 360 bar where we had the pleasure of being assisted by Noah who was very attentive. Not wanting to over indulge, I went with a split order of wings. Half “lemon pepper” and half “mango habanero” with a side of ranch for dipping. The wings were cooked well as requested and the lemon pepper was on point, a dry rub, thankfully not overly salty. Unfortunately I was not as big of a fan of the mango habanero. A wet wing that didn’t pack any heat from the habanero and slightly too sweet w/o a significant mango taste.

For drinks, I am not much of a beer connoisseur, however I have enjoyed both of their

Transfusion - Tito's cocktail with ginger simple syrup, lemon & grape juice, and a splash of club soda.

&

Piña Colada - Malibu, piña juice, crème de coco.

Brewbury is a cool place stop in with family or friends to play some games or watch some sports and have some good food & drinks.

Just A Note:

They offer Brunch on Sundays

Bad experience, no stars. Was seated at table for 10 min, lot of staff visible, no one came to table, was not busy. Had to ask someone for menus. Waiter finally came and we decided we better order everything at once if this was an example of the service. Ordered apps, beers, and lunch at same time. One member of our party did not get beer. Waited 10 min and finally hailed down waiter for the beer. Apps came out before his beer did. Another table that came in 30 min after us, ordered well after we did, got their food before us. We asked waiter to check on our food, he didn't update us. Hailed him down again, answer was "they're working on it". Waited another 5 min. At this point an hour has gone by since we placed our order. Waved waiter down again, asked him if they forgot our order, if so please just cancel it and bring check. Waiter left, came back and said they're working on it. We asked for an estimated time or else cancel order. He came back and said it's almost done, we said to please pack it to go. We had been there over 1.5 hours and still no food!!! We asked to speak with manager; he came out and made light of situation and commented on Yankee hat person in party was wearing, very inappropriate for the situation. He made apologies, I asked if we could get discount on food for the inconvenience. He said "I bought your round of beers"; beers are $5 special on Sundays and we ordered 4. At this point I said we just want our check and ran out of there as fast as we could. One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time. We spent $110, one would expect better service for thet...

Went to Brewbury Sunday afternoon and sat out in the beautiful outside patio area. The food and beer was very good but the service was awful. Had to wait inside for a hostess to seat us which took at least 5 mins for someone to come up to us. Then once seated outside our waitress came over quickly and got our drink order. She dropped off our drinks and said she would be right back for our food order. 18 mins. later she showed up. We ordered our food and it came out in a reasonable time. We needed refills or more beers, but the waitress was no where to be seen. After 15 mins or so I went to the outside bar to get more drinks. I stood in front of the female bartender while she made drinks and at no time did she acknowledge me holding 2 empty glasses. Finally she came over and asked me if she could help me, I ordered drinks which I paid her for since I could not show her who our waitress was. I finally got back to the table with the drinks which seemed like hours, but realistically was probably 15-20 mins. As I got back to the table the missing waitress walked by, not even saying anything about me walking to the table with drinks I had to go get. We finished our food and again waited for the server so that we could ask for our check. I really wanted more food, but by this point I was aggravated and just wanted to leave. We finally got the check and then waited another 15 mins for her to come and let us pay. I was about to just walk out since it didn't seem they wanted to collect my $$. It is to bad as the food is good, the facility is excellent, but the service...

First time here. Now I know they are a new business, but let me share a few things. Now im a chef and this already set the mood for me.We walked towards the front and there were two cooks having a smoke break with their aprons on, that annoyed me a bit but I still came in. The atmosphere was great, games and the big bar and outdoor seating. I can definitely see a young crowd hanging out here. Took a while for a hostess, they had to find her. Got a table and ordered the following kids pasta, salad, the American burger (because who wants to pay 27$ for a double patty burger) and the barbacoa and raw onion sliders. First off the pasta was incredibly flavorless, the did not salt the water and the marinara was bitter and honestly the worst red sauce a chef can eat. My 8 year old pointed all that out, spot on. The salad is just a salad.... The American burger was cooked over high flame, the entire outside was literally burnt and out side undercooked. The barbacoa sliders, just keep this off the menu. Only good thing was the meat was tender, no raw onions and it was lacking flavor. I did express my concerns to the waitress. She just looked at me confused and shrugged her shoulders. Nothing done about it. My staff would say please stay steaded let me get my manager to further discuss your concerns. Maybe they weren't versed this way? Anyways like i said its a new resturant. Quirks will happen. I know reliable kitchen Staff is hard to come by now a days, I get it. This review is ment to be a learning experience. We will try again in a few months.

This might be a wonderful place but my 3/22/24 experience was not. I hate to be a negative Nancy. This place is known around town for its "Giant Bavarian pretzel." Regulars say it comes out hot and you pick it apart it - finger licking good. I brought the kids to go for a snack. It took us 14 minutes until anyone ever came to our table to check in on us. Waiter apologized and said "I didn't even know you were here." Yes that was evident. I ordered the pretzel. See the photo of what we received. Hard, burnt, little nuggets that I could get from the frozen section at the grocery store. They made a knocking sound on the plate, so hard the salt slid right off, nothing to stick to. Maybe just a rough night? But 7pm on a Saturday during March Madness...kind of a hot time for a brewery to get things right.. If you're going to charge customers between $15 and $20 for craft cocktails, $8-10 for beer and $13 for burnt frozen pretzel bites, it better be a wonderful experience to balance it out. The environment was great but unfortunately not great enough to make it a positive experience wanting more. Hoping the best.
