I stopped here for coffee. I asked if the employees if there was a cortado on the menu. They said no, but then asked how to make it. At first I was going to change my coffee order, but they wanted to try. I told them how to make the cortado. I explained it’s a double espresso and a small amount of steamed milk. The purpose of the milk is to “cut” the coffee meaning to use a small amount. They charged me for a cappuccino and made a latte. This is way too much milk for me and it’s one of my biggest pet peeves with coffee shops especially ones charging 5-8 for a cup of coffee.
