Quality of food and service is fine, on par with the other DQs' I frequent. The staff members I've interacted with are polite. Using the drive thru I was on my way in just under 10 minutes at lunch time. I ordered a 6-piece chicken strip basket and got one piece a third of the size as normal. Normally this is totally fine because every other location tosses in an addition small piece to make up for it, but that didn't happen at this location. Years ago I would have never complained but since 6 pieces of chicken with fries is now >$9, I fully expect to get the appropriate volume of food. If the count matters that much then expect less business for shorting your customers.

Horrific service! Sat in the drive through behind someone for 26 minutes. The person operating the drive through was literally just chatting with the person at the speaker. After they pulled up to the window to pickup the food I waited another 14 minutes while they sat there and chatted again. Fast forward to today. Sat in the drive through again for 15 minutes. Line did not move a single car. Went inside and stood at the counter for another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. After I put in my order I’m still waiting. Currently my stopwatch is at 18 minutes and counting. This is unacceptable.

Super clean and modern location. Six p.m. on a Sunday night and the place was hopping. There were at least eight vehicles in the drive-thru, customers sitting both inside and out. Ice cream was just the right consistency and my Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard was mixed perfectly! Two sitting locations outside; one directly in front of the store ame another on the opposite side of the parking lot nestled in the trees.

Ok so it was a really hot day.. wanted a burger and some ice cream. Went to counter.. there was four flies just sitting on the cash register and a couple more flying around in the front of the kitchen... I was about to tell my wife let's go but she had just payed for our food.. I get my food and it has tomatoes on it. I specifically said no tomatoes. That's fine people get stuff wrong, so I take it back up there and the girl argues with me that I didn't say that.. but it's on the reciept. LMAO... at this point I'd rather of gone to McDonald's. So then I go sit down in the restaurant area, all the tables are filthy dirty. And to top that off there was at least 6 or 7 flies that we were shewing away from our food. So gross...i have never wanted to leave someplace so quick. I swear I'm not over exaggerating.. will...

Terrible food on several recent visits. Staff does not appear to take any ownership in quality of food or appearance/ cleanliness of restaurant.

Most recent experience which prompted this review:

Went through drive-thru at 7:30 on a Thursday evening. All food was cold when I arrived home, only a 4 to 5 minute drive. My fries were rubber, the chicken tenders were tough, cold, and just plain gross. I feel like they had been sitting out for hours. I took one bite and ended up making dinner after a long day and wasting the entire meal. Also, my Sierra Mist was nearly flat and did not have ice in the cup at all! How does that even happen?

I won't be a patron of this DQ again. This was the 3rd strike. Service and quality have reached critical lows at...

I am sorry to say that our family will never be coming back this Dairy Queen. My son accidentally grab the wrong ice cream and instead of the employee being understanding about it, she made a scene by grab it he ice cream and throwing it away. She didn’t just stop there she preceded to talk about loudly at the front counter. We asked to speak to the manger on duty and she wouldn’t even give me a chance to explain the situation. She assumed I was complaining about someone passing out, which I didn’t even know anything about. She proceeded to walk away from me when I was trying to explain why I was upset. Never again. U really need to set it up our you are going to lose...
