Atlas IT — Local services in Middlebury

Atlas IT has been a God-send for WFRN! We were working with a remote IT security company for our radio network, and they would often help us with our office network as a courtesy, but it was not a normal part of their contract. Plus they were 2 hours away and could not regularly assist with on-site issues. Trying not to abuse our relationship, we would often just "make do" with the old office equipment for as long as we could. We also had a couple employees on staff who were decent with troubleshooting tech-related issues, but would often be too busy to fully assist in a timely manner. When we met Atlas IT, we were in desperate need of help! They were able to partner with us AND with our remote IT security company! Atlas IT came in and did a complete assessment of our needs by reviewing computers, users, networks, and more. They gave us a complete solution to alleviate all our issues. Their Managed Services solution was exactly what we needed! They now handle all our office equipment and network, make proactive suggestions on how to update or streamline our IT operations, and they are available asap for everyday troubleshooting. The reason why I am putting a 2 star for a company is because the hiring process is ridiculous. My first time I applied to this job for IT and after waiting for a couple weeks never had any response, after that I called and asked about my resume there was another week of me waiting for response. I got an interview and was told that I did not qualify. After a month or so I got a phone call from this company saying they want me to get another job interview. I had to go through the same thing again! Two interviews and almost a month waiting when I called they told me that I wasn't qualified enough to get the job. I asked this company to not call me anymore because this is completely ridiculous management that doesn't seem interested in people coming in fresh into the industry regardless of what the actual company website says. It’s been a long time since I’ve had anything good to say about a computer repair shop. But that is not the case with atlas IT not only did I find the staff very helpful but their prices were very reasonable.
