Cool place to eat. Yesterday I enjoyed a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich it was amazing. Here is my review on the place. Pros: 1. Bathrooms were clean 2. Restaurant was clean 3. Food was wonderful and filling 4. Large menu 5. Many Amish staff members 6. Better and cheaper than McDonald's! Cons: 1. Wasn't sure if they were open or not judged by cars. 2. Confused on how to enter the restaurant. Figured it out obviously. 3. Restaurant was too cold inside. This really should not be a thing anymore. It was freezing inside. Workers are hot make them wear shorts and tshirts. But please don't freeze out your customer. Everyone had jackets on. I will say it looks like it is two different things which was confusing to me. There was a window for maybe ice cream and a door inside the outside patio that's inside to a restaurant? Very confusing I feel. I definitely plan to go back.

First time ever eating at Danny's Diner, and the food was delicious. We ordered the home made bread sticks and grinder sandwiches. The homeade bread sticks were out of this world amazing. They came out steaming hot and fluffy. The dipping sauces were really good, but honestly didn't need any. The sandwiches had a lot of meat, cheese, and fillings. So good! Came with chips and a pickle. Best restraunt in town we have tried so far. We watched all the families coming in ordering pizzas that walked out with stacks of pizza per family. It's definitely a hidden gem of Middlebury.

We haven't been here in awhile, but the food was excellent! We got an alfredo, chicken and bacon pizza to share; it was perfect, with lots of sauce, toppings, and cheese, with a crisp crust. We did try to go in the wrong door at first (you had to go in the "side" door, which only had plywood around it at the time), but it seems like in the summer they leave the roll-up doors (walls) to the ice cream seating area open.

We’ve always loved Danny’s Pizza and often recommend it to our family when they’re in the area. On a recent visit, we dined in with our children and grandchildren. We ordered a large supreme pizza for the adults, a large cheese pizza for the kids, and breadsticks as an appetizer. The supreme pizza arrived first. After about 15 minutes, I approached the counter to check on the rest of our order and was told the breadsticks were coming out shortly. However, another 15 minutes passed with no additional items delivered, and by then, the supreme pizza had gone cold. I returned to the counter to follow up again. The staff member seemed surprised and asked if we hadn’t received our full order. I explained we only had the supreme pizza. She then offered a pepperoni pizza, but I clarified we had ordered cheese, as the children don’t like toppings. Nearly an hour after receiving the first pizza, the cheese pizza finally arrived. I requested a refund for the breadsticks, which we still hadn’t received, but was told they were just coming out of the oven. At that point, we asked for everything to be boxed and took the food home. We were disappointed by the delays and confusion, especially since we’ve had such positive experiences in the past. I hope this feedback helps improve service for...

Upon calling to place our take out order I was impressed with the gentleman on the phone. Very patient and helpful as this was our first time ordering from Danny's Diner. We were staying local and arrived much later than planned due to the snow storm, so we thought ordering pizza was an easy way to feed our group. I was quoted 20 to 25 min to pick up , which is when my fiance arrived to pick up, when handed the pizza he noticed the boxes didn't feel all that warm as they typically do for pizza pick up. Almost like they hadnt kept them under a heat lamp or on the oven. The cheesy sticks were nothing to write home about, the ranch was more like salad dressing and the pizza was some of the most flavorless and dry we have had. Disappointed overall since all the reviews we had seen...
