Five Lakes Coffee — Restaurant in Middlebury

From the moment we pulled up we knew this was gonna be good. The server had the nicest little accent and the demeanor to match, super friendly and helpful.

The coffee was amazing. You could taste the freshness. Both of our coffees were outstanding. The wife got an iced Carmel latte and I a hot carmel vanilla. Absolutely amazing!

I got a breakfast bagel. At the first bite I was beside myself. The bagel was incredibly soft but still had the bagel bite to it. The egg was fresh and the cheese and sauce were delicious!

Definitely would stop again...

The coffee was amazing! The customer service was not so great... we had a large group and ordered coffee. I had ordered 2 frappes but the lady who took my order didn't put it in the computer right, so they made the wrong frappes. I had told this to the lady who had made them and she gave me attitude and made comments to her coworkers saying that it was somehow my fault that they made the wrong frappes? I ordered a Matcha tea frozen and it came more as a smoothie. Not sure what they put in this one, granted I should have asked before ordering but I had gotten one at a different location and was able to drink it. This one I tossed after the first drink. When I tried to call to ask, the phone went straight to a mailbox, which was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. If not for what I have stated, I probably would have rated it higher.
