Best Donuts — Restaurant in Middlesborough

My sister called me needing 16 dozen donuts for her daughter's wedding the next day. She called me because she knew I would be passing through several town on my way to the wedding to see if I could pick up donuts. This was lat afternoon before the morning they were needed. Wasn't sure what would happen on such short notice. After calling a couple places I called King Donuts that came up in Google search. These folks are amazing! They said no problem they could do it. I placed the order and they were super friendly on the phone. The next morning we picked up the order and they had us some extras to give us. One of which was a jalapeño sausage pig in the blanket kolache. This this may be the best thing we ever ate! It was amazing and their donuts are the best we have ever eaten! We had 4 varieties and all were remarkable! If you are in or near King Donuts in Middleboro do yourself a favor and give them a visit! You won't be sorry! I am glad I live 2 hours away in NC because if not I would absolutely blow my diet! Lol! But I will make it a point to pass through every chance I get! King Donuts 2 is a small little shop inside of Middlesboro.

The shop itself is very large but the amount of space that isn't being used in the center is a bit concerning. A lot of potential for table that has quick to-go item or even more items to offer in store. I ordered the Egg/Cheese/Bacon Breakfast Croissant. I would say it tasted like a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich? I can't argue that it didn't taste good, it was good it just tastes familiar. If only it had a drive-thru for those really cold days.

Since January this place has been closed more than it has been open! Owner seems to shut down at various times, and it is very unprofessional! If your gonna run a Business you should be committed not just in and out. Only open for about 2-3 hrs! 😡 Also the price for a dozen donuts is now almost $16, this place in my opinion is going under.
