Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Middlesborough

Delicious lunch! Excellent, friendly service!! My partner and I made an unexpected decision to lunch at Pizza Hut in Middlesboro. This was my first visit to a Pizza Hut in years! In addition, this was my first ever visit to this particular Pizza Hut location. Our last minute decision to lunch here turned out to be excellent. The restaurant and dining room was immaculate. The Middlesboro location has been remodeled and sports a great design and decor. It totally looks different from the Pizza Hut's of the past. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. My partner and I both had the lunch special; pan Pizza and salads from the salad bar. Our pizza was excellent; hot, fresh and tasty!! You simply can't (in my opinion) beat Pizza Hut's pan pizzas. Although there are many pizza options available , Pizza Hut really creates great pizza. The salad bar was good, quite a selection of items. The salad, dressing and toppings were fresh. However, the salad bar could have used a little attention as some items were low and completely out. With that said, we both greatly enjoyed our salads. Both of our meals averaged out to approximately $10, $22 total check. In my opinion, very good deal considering the quality and quantity of the meal. Our server was lovely; friendly, great smile, efficient and professional. The pace of our lunch was perfect. I hadn’t eaten at Pizza Hut in quite some time. I USED to love it here, especially their boneless chicken wings. Well, that was in the past. I will not be back here again unless something changes. We received the worst food and service tonight. I took my 3 kids with me tonight to have some pizza and wings. We ordered the special with 1 large pizza, 1 medium pizza, 8 wings and 10 piece cheese sticks. We waited almost an hour and got our large pizza. It wasn’t correct and it was COLD! Like the cheese was FIRM cold! Then about 15 minutes later, we get the medium and it was great so I cut them some slack since they only had one server and it was her first night. I had to ask for the wings and cheese sticks. When the cheese sticks come out I kid you not, THEY WERE RAW!!! Barely cooked and RAW! The cook told me they were a special order for someone else and he got them mixed up?!? REALLY?!? They didn’t offer me a discount and need less to say, I will not be back unless something is done! I would not recommend your abominable Cinnabon minis for 1 million dollars. They were under cooked, doughy, and tasteless. Even my dog would not eat them. For the $8 you charge for them I expected a decent serving, but the ridiculous size of the minis should have been advertised as micro for truth in advertising. I will be contacting Cinnabon as well and letting them know I have lost all respect for them as well.

Made another order last night After a struggle was finally able to order (as a guest, would not let me log in so I could use my points or receive points). Made order only to find out I was unable to order the meatballs on my pizza. (Very disappointing) Arrived right as the app told me my pizzas were ready. Waited at window about 3 minutes to be acknowledged, told my pizza still had a few minutes to be finished. Waited 15 more minutes before receiving my order (it only takes 8 minutes to cook a fresh pizza). Worst tasting pizza ever. By far the worst experience at ANY Pizza...
