Dear George at Rizzo's Middleton,
I want to thank you for the cold food, belittling and harassing me in front of your staff days before Christmas. Lets tell the readers how this all started.

We had a credit from another order that items were left out weeks before. Bonnie was kind to provide us with a $15.00 credit for the missing food items. On 12/23/2021 my sister and I ordered. Sam was wonderful taking our order. She said it would be 1 hour. We were okay with that. In fact, we timed it. 6:52PM order (per my phone record). 8:00PM no food. I call at 8:01PM (per my phone record) and was told that my order would take 1 hour to 1/2 hours; I said - but that is not what I was told - told me that the order was on its way and its hot. (fn: we live 10 mins from Rizzo's right on 62) - I called at 8:07PM and 8:15PM. Items arrived: COLD COLD AND COLD - Tortone Pizza was hard as a rock; 2 Roast Beefs, 1, 3 way beef was well done and smushed and the 2nd beef with cheese and mayo which was also well done and smushed. The french fries were stale and old and not even refried! When I call back at 8:18PM and very sweet Sam I asked for the Manager. She put her boss George on the phone. After all the insults and rude comments he hung up on me. That was it...I got into my car to return the food and get my refund. I walk into Rizzo's and greeted by the nice server Sam. I ask to speak to George. He comes out... Tells me that his food is served to order and they way I returned it wasn't the way I received it. (I put it into a bag with handles to bring back - sorry it was on its side), he reiterated how his food was delivered fresh homemade food and I stated it wasn't. I kept requesting my refund. Finally -- asking for the last time , he stated he would not refund me, After he belittled and insulted me even more, I decided to walk out and he begins to scream, come back and get your refund. I left. Minutes later I receive a phone message from Sam stating that I should return to the store for my refund. I returned her call, asked why George didn't call me, and she indicated that If I came back I could get my refund. I refused go back there and be harassed and belittled by an angry person i.e., GEORGE to a paying and loyal customer. She stated she was sorry, and I told her she had no reason to be sorry that George should have called me himself. I told her he has my address .... he can mail me my refund. Like that will ever happen!

Read moreI've driven past this spot for a while now always telling myself one day im going to stop and try the pizza¡¡ Today was that day¡¡ They always caught my attention because of its classy exterior and I just had to know if the food matched the exterior, and the answer is YES the pizza was delicious, it was a very filling, heavy & loaded Meat Lovers Pizza. After 2 slices I was pretty full, I did manage to save room for mozzarella sticks which were close to perfection along with the chunky marinara sauce¡¡ For some reason the taco salad stood out on the menu, probably because I've never seen one on a menu before. It was very good & different. It didn't taste as exotic as i was thinking it would. All in all i would recommend this establishment to any pizza lovers¡¡¡ I only ordered 3 items from the extensive menu so curiosity will certainly bring me back to try a few other items that caught my eye. Read moreThis place opened not long after the start of the year, so my wife and I decided to stop here for lunch between errands one Friday and check out the place for ourselves. Looking at the menu, we decided to sample a small barbecue chicken pizza. After a short wait, one of the staff people kindly brought a piping hot pie to our table and we dug in. In short, the pizza was good but, honestly, it was not great. I don't know what BBQ sauce they used, but instead of a sweet and tangy flavor, it was more of a vinegar-style sauce. Maybe that was the intent, but it was unexpected and a bit disappointing. Still, it was cooked well, with delicious, melty cheese and a crisp crust. I would definitely give this place another try; maybe a sample of one of their other menu items would change my tune.
