Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Stopped at this location because it’s nearest to where I live because my coffee machine at home broke this morning. I noticed the line was not long which I can see why now. After ordering at the drive-thru I come up to the window and the young man proceeds to talk to me and not really paying attention to the medium hot coffee I ordered and was sitting waiting for me me. Long and short the lid was not on the cup all the way. He proceeds to hand it to me and the lid pops off as he’s handing it off and I get scolding hot coffee spilling out on my arm and hand. It splashed onto my clothes and got all over my Fitbit watch. That wasn’t the worst of it. The lady working inside proceeds to say to me the lid was on. She showed no concern if I was ok etc. I said to her…”are you really freaking arguing with me? This DD is the worst. I’ve gone here before and had bad experiences but I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and tried again! I don’t care how close they are to my house. I will never go there again! There was another customer giving the staff a hard time about the order they received in the drive through earlier in the morning. The man wanted his money back and would not leave until he got it back. It was clear that the owner was going to take the money the worker was short from giving it back to the customer ( she didn’t serve) from her pay check! I think it’s a disgrace that there is no management onsite or even available to contact when these types of situations happen. These kids make very little money to be in charge of everything. I’m surprise you even have employees! I will never come back for the sole reason that management does such a poor job with supporting their employees. This place is horrendous, went there last week I always order multiple drinks I have the app and had a free drink it didn't come up when she scanned the app and I told her and she told me it'll come up when she shuts her drawer and of course it did not I let it go thinking maybe she was new or didn't know what she was doing went back today she did the same thing to me so it's one of two things she really doesn't know what she's doing or she's a scammer won't go back. I spend a lot of money at all the local Dunkin' donuts and this is the only place that they will not allow you to use your free drink that you earn with your rewards.
