Pizza & Pasta Factory — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Ok so I’ve ordered a few times and there was always an issue. I keep trying because the actual food is god but the management is horrible. The first time there was hair in my food both containers and they gave me a hard time and eventually gave me new food and took it all back after my hands were in it i don’t know if they resold it or what but it was gross. The 2nd time there was stuff missing than the 3rd time the chicken was hard a a rock on the sandwich and also had to send pictures before I got a new one. I also double ordered by accident and I explained that I used a visa gift card and it won’t go back to the card for a refund I tired to tell him 15xs and he wasn’t hearing it so he said he’ll get back to me never did till I contacted them and he said it’s going back to my gift card but this has been 2.5 weeks now and nothing and the gift card said they do refunds. So now I’m out the money. Than the final straw was they forgot something again and when I called they were like you didn’t order that before even looking at my order online than I get told oh yea here it is. The food takes another 45 mins and than the guy in the phone says how much for a tip not even the driver the driver was understanding but the guy in the phone was horrible and always is. Good God, the food here has gotten BAD. The pizza is always raw in the middle. The hot subs are more stale bread than anything else, with a teeny tiny bit of filling the size of a quarter in the middle. I was stupid enough to order chicken saltimbocca from them that came out looking and smelling like cat food. I didn’t even attempt to taste it, the smell and appearance alone made me gag. Utterly hideous, inedible food that they should be ashamed to serve. My family were long time customers who kept giving them another chance, but we’re done. The Most Worst Sicilian pizza we ever had today...was ready under 20 minutes.. It was cold and cheese was hard and disgusting. Not the same cheese as before. It's like the bread was pre made and they threw sause and cheese then stuck in ove for 2-3 minutes. This place use to be the best. We always drove out of our town and out if our way because they were that good and told everyone how good they were...such a shame. We are so disappointed. We called and complained. And said they sold 50 pies and no complaints.. It was only 12:30 noon when pickled up.. Half pie burnt and half soggy.. I asked for a replacement pie and was rejected...
