As the pizza of my childhood, their quality has gone downhill over the past several years. Their pizza quality is hit-or-miss. When it’s a hit, man, is it good. Truly, the best pizza around. But when it’s a miss, it’s atrocious. Truly, that is when it is the absolute worst pizza around.
I don’t get it, honestly: I don’t get how a local pizza chain, in business for as long as Cassano’s has been, can produce such inconsistent quality in their pizzas. And this isn’t restricted to just Jackson Lane location - I’ve seen this at upwards of 4 total locations.
I’ve stopped being a customer of Cassano’s for a while, and will continue to do so. I’m reviewing them here on Google, because Yelp no longer seems to be the place to go for reviews - And I really want to share my thoughts on Cassano’s. I really hope this review reaches the ears of the Cassano’s corporate offices and they actually, for a change, do something to change their pizza quality. It’s no longer enough that they give you a $20 credit towards a future purchase. They need act, otherwise, they clearly don’t care.
Plenty of other pizza places out there folks. Spend your hard earned money on a pizza from a place that actually cares about the product they give to...
Read morePretty disappointed in my favorite pizza place tonight. After a long day at work we decided to order pizza for our family. When the pizza finally arrived our very excited and hungry kids ran to the table to eat and much to our surprise our order was wrong and the pizza was burnt. We called the call center back to to address the problem and although the CSR was very nice we were instructed to call the corporate office during normal business hours to address the issues. The kids decided to “dig in” but complained the entire time about how burnt the pizza was. My girlfriend and I decided to wait on our actual pizza to get here and are currently still waiting...........50 minutes later. We were told we could pick the pizza up to speed the process up........really?!?!?! After spending $56 dollars on burnt pizza and reading many similar reviews I’m extremely discouraged of the path this once beloved pizza chain is heading down from a customer service...
Read moreMy coworkers and I ordered $88 in food tonight (we work at the hospital), once the driver arrived she made sure to tell us she double checked the order to make sure it was all there. She explicitly told us she “counted the sauces” to make sure everyone had everything. We take the bags and containers back to distribute everyone’s order and we had ITEMS MISSING, NO SAUCES, AND INCORRECT ORDERS. One person had no bread sticks, one person ordered a two topping pizza but it only had one of the two toppings. I called the Cassanos call center and spoke with someone who was willing to give us a credit, however we paid on 6 different cards and once I told him that he hung up on me. We were unable to call the driver back (misty cox) to let her know we had items missing as well in hopes she may have left them in her car. So now we have items missing and no refund for them due to the call center hanging up on us. We will never...
