We steadily spend $300+ each month and have enjoyed, UNTIL our first delivery (normally I pick up, but she I mention delivery to me the last trip so I forgot to give it a shot). Ultimately I am sad to report today they've lost our business completely over a $10 entree and $6 appetizer! I placed an order that was typical and asked delivery when the order arrived we were short the crab rangoon and had some odd entree added on to our bill. We have people over and it was hectic so by the time I got an opportunity to pick up the phone and call it was too late they were already closed. So I wrote myself a note to remind me to call them the next day. Of course then I put the notes somewhere and forgot all about it until my husband reminded me today 3 days later. I gave them a call and explain what had happened and they literally told me that they could not credit me $5.95 for the crab rangoon because they couldn't go back and look it up to see if I actually ordered it? I explained that I paid for it so that would mean I ordered it. What I didn't order was the additional lunch entree that they added on to my bill? At the end of the day they opted not to give me a credit and lose my business the food's been always...
Read moreI went in to pick up my food. While standing there I saw a mouse behind the lady that worked there. I told her about it.she had a employee catch it and he did..I am torn between saying anything, but at the same time I wasn't able to eat my dinner. It really bothered me that the lady didn't try to compensate me and at least apologize to me for it....she never said one word to me about how I felt about the incident...she could of said or done something..hey why not offer me a free meal..to me it seemed like she didn't care about me the customer. I wasn't going to say anything, but it has been weighing on me heavy...so if you don't mind mice in your food, trying it out first for you then enjoy...truly I probably wouldn't even of said anything if she would of apologized or compensated me....no she showed to me that she really doesn't care...sorry to the people at the restaurant, but I can't ever eat...
Read moreI have been going to this place regularly for the past 2 years, today ordering the same order every time. This evening I ordered my usual and the order was incorrect. I called to let them know, letting them know I had an evening work call and it wasn't convenient for me to return this evening and asked for a future credit on my next order. The young man rudely told me that whenever I did come in for a replacement to make sure I brought the incorrect food with me, he didn't care if it was a week later, to bring it back. I decided to be late for my meeting and took the food back immediately - insisting on a refund and have decided never to go back. For one, I am a regular customer, secondly that is absolutely disgusting. Someone probably was given that same order that I took back because they are SOO CHEAP. I will never eat here again. They've lost...
