Combs has amazing food when the owners actually are there running the place but sadly they let teenagers and their friends kids run the place and let things run out knowing it needs replaced ....teens are lazy and need management and won't do their job unless u make them ....also one of the kids that work there added a 30 percent tip on ny debit card then tried to lie to my face about it ...contacted the owner lisa and she was nice but I never received a refund on my card for the tip and no mattwr what the reason i should have jist had a full refund for the trouble ....like I said good food if u catche em on the right day but honestly it's waaaaaaaay overpriced ....just in my opinion it shouldn't cost 45 dollars for 3 sandwiches and some tiny sides .....facts are that they need to fire the kids and run it themselves and lower the prices ....honestly at this point I can care less cause ill never eat there again cause I can make better...

Read moreWent there today and got a full rack ribs for my better half that wanted to try them even tho we are Brent’s bbq fans she wanted them anyways to support our local businesses. And we were disappointed the ribs were very dry to where they were like stringy. But while I was there and met a gentleman up from North Carolina and had a wonderful conversation with him that grew up in Middletown who was visiting his 90 yr old mother 90 yrs young isn’t that wonderful that bbq is a staple to all ages.and as I started to leave I told him I was headed to Brent’s smoking butts bbq just down the road and he said he was gonna follow me there and did so. I love the fact that a good bbq will bring good people together without any references to race or religion or gender.even though the ribs from combs was not up to par at all I would go there and buy again in hopes to meet good people that made a difference...
