KFC — Restaurant in Middletown

If anyone ever been to this kfc, they would know the good reveiws on here are lies...I have never recieved such terrible service, not only did the black chick have piercings all over her face, she looked high as a kite and smelled like weed..the black slash puerto Rican guy with the ponytail..not sure if he was from New York or Compton, was cursing and being very unprofessional..after waiting in the drive threw for 20 minutes..I went inside and had to wait another 30mins for only sides and a cake..I finally asked for my money back if the food wasn't ready and the guy with the ponytail just walked off and told one of the cooks to help me, I got my food right away after asking for my money back..which means it was already there..getting cold.. I was being very patient and polite, never recieve a sorry for the wait or anything...its not that they lack food to sale, these people are just lazy and unprofessional..I wouldnt waste another penny here...and if your looking to grab a quick bite, you will definitely be in here over 30 minutes, I was late to a meeting I would have been 20 minutes early for...I will be calling corporate to complain every day, until they replace ALL OF THOSE EMPLOYEES!! Do not bring your children...

I have to copy and paste from another client that has the same problem i had right now not enough chicken you guys are loosing money they supposed to have everything that the customer need so the customer have to leave with a bad taste of not getting what he wants Same problems I've had every time I come here. Not enough chicken so I have to wait "25 mins" for food to be ready. More like slow food. It took them ten mins just to try to take my order. The place is not that busy to have these problems. When you are in the business of fried chicken it needs to be made ahead of time to meet demands. Use your product build sheets and organize your team to build to those levels. Put on management that knows how to keep proper inventory on shift. The past 3 times I've tried I walked out with my family because of the terrible organization at this location. The store was decently clean, however, the demeanor of the employees was that this is normal and it's ok. Service with the sense of some hospitality would have maybe convinced us it was...

My husband & I thought we would stop on way home after spending all afternoon at the Providence VA for a couple of meals since it was going on 5 PM. Our order was a very ez one. Two extra crispy dinners with a breast and wing, mashed potatoes, biscuit and two medium sodas. This chicken was old, very dried out and batter was not evenly coated. The 2 wings were in original not crispy. When we were given our order there was only one dinner consisting of one breast & a thigh. After opening the bag and reviewing the contents I honked the horn and knocked on the window to get this all resolved. We don't eat dark meat and definitely don't pay extra! The server apologized and gave us the addtional meal. She stated that she gave me an extra breast to make up for the error. When I told her we didn't like dark meat she took back the first dinner, removed the thigh and closed the box. The Colonel would probably roll over in his grave seeing this service and meal!!
