I had been having trouble with my daughters Iphone for 2 years, I always hit a dead end, no matter where I went. Then I met Ayhmen (probably effed up the spelling of his name sorry!) Not only did he take the time to explain what needed to be done. But the diagnostic that needed to be done was normaly 25$, and that didn't guarantee that the phone would work. I wasn't going to be able to pay that much because im on a really fixed income and on permanant disability. He only charged me 10$. I was so thankful and very suprised, I figured he was gonna tell me that 5 five things were wrong, and it would cost 100$+ dollars. He worked with me and made sure I would pay the lowest amount out of pocket. I cant recommend a better cell/Ipad/accessory/ and repair shop. Within the past week I had need of repair to a phone that would allow a transfer of over 18,000 photos from my broken phone to my newly purchased device. The gentleman that helped me with this was a kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable individual named Ayman. Not only did he stay later than his normal business day in order to transfer the large volume of photos, but he was also to able to transfer a history of messages recorded from when my 94 year old mother was alive. These messages were reportedly not able to be retrieved according to other cellular phone employees from a different local business. Ayman said he should be able to retrieve them and took the phone and within minutes I was able to hear my late mother’s voice again. These are priceless to me. He refused my offer to pay for this service. Lastly, I would leave him a 10 star review if possible, but since I cannot, I would ask everyone to consider help making Ayman everyone’s “go-to guy” for phone repairs. May God...

Got my phone screen replaced there... First time the screen was laggy and would randomly freeze up. I took it IN WARRANTY and the guy said he couldn't replace it because it was supposedly not their screen. (only got it replaced once and it was there). He eventually replaced and all was good.... Until now..... A few months later, it now has a black spot in the corner very frustrating.... Probably not getting my phone repaired there again.... Their employees are generally nice.... (after seeing the reply) I did present the form... It was the first thing I handed him... He claimed it wasn't your guys screen, but it was the only place I had gotten my screen replaced... It was not broken after the first repair... (the screen has been replaced twice) Both by you guys.... as I said, the first one, then the second one in warranty due to it freezing up and glitching out... If i had my screen replaced by someone else in between the 2 repairs, I would have brought it back...
