Subway — Restaurant in Middletown

I placed an online order on Thursday, when my coworker showed up to get the food the worker told her it had already been picked up, that I must’ve chosen delivery. So I took photos of our order and sent them to her. Clearly stated for in store pickup at this location. He continued to go back and forth with her. Eventually they remade our food, however they didn’t even give her the cookies we ordered. Also the food was never “delivered” to the only address provided (home address not in Middletown). Placed a mobile order for two sandwiches before we head out on our boat. One with light honey mustard and one with mayonnaise. Both came sopped in mayonnaise..one was also supposed to have double meat..both sandwiches were weak.
