It’s exciting to have a sushi restaurant open in the S Farms neighborhood. I showed up at 730 pm on a weeknight and the restaurant was pretty full. I sat at the sushi bar and a server greeted me right away. The menu focuses largely on sushi, but there are also bento box dinners, noodles and fried rice entrees. I ordered the seaweed salad, tuna sashimi and the angry dragon roll. Everything was delicious. Ethan, the chef was fantastic and very proud of their menu. The attention to detail was outstanding with each piece of sushi delicately garnished and presented beautifully. Don’t sleep on this local gem.

They stayed open later just for us to explore their menu and tell us stories about how they make their sushi. After learning my preferences he kept making my favorite types of pieces and suggesting things I would like more. The fish to rice ratio was absolutely perfect and the flavors were impeccable. I ordered the Omakase and it was absolutely incredible. I will be going back within the next few days, I can’t get enough!! Thank you Sushi Man!

Sushi Man is fantastic and I’m so glad they opened not 2 minutes up the road from my house. I went in for a solo lunch last Sunday and it didn’t disappoint. I got a miso soup, kani salad and the Spicy Ocean roll at the chefs recommendation, and it was all soooooooooo amazing; Sushi Man likely has my favorite kani salad of all time. I’ve also gotten their weekly lunch sushi special which is reasonably priced and equally as delicious and fresh. So excited about this new edition out here in South Farms and can’t wait to come...
