Iâve come to this store several times before now and every time it takes roughly 10 minutes to help each customer and the line is usually pretty long. Normally I donât mind waiting in line, and I try and get there before 9, but tonight I pulled in the drive thru with 20 minutes to spare (9:40). Around 9:50 a guy came out the back door (while talking on the phone) to check and see how many cars were in the line. They finished helping the car in front of me at 10 on the dot and I waited until 10:08 before pulling up the window because nobody came over the voice box to say âSorry, weâre closedâ or take my order or anything. I watched a male employee walk around the corner and go into the bathroom. A few moments later he walked out and made eye contact with me in the window. He went back around the corner and another male employee appeared and waved the employee away, clearly telling them to ignore us and not help us. I waited in line for 30-40 minutes without being helped or even acknowledged. I wouldnât have been as upset if they had just said they wouldnât be able to help me when the employee came out to check how many cars were in line. I would have been more understanding but the male employee came out to physically check the number of cars in the drive thru and then proceeded to not help everyone who had been in line before closing and explicitly ignored me in the drive thru. Thatâs extremely poor customer service. Iâve worked in food service and I know when itâs closing time you want to clean up and get out of there but itâs completely unacceptable to ignore a customer and to do it so blatantly in front of them where they can see you are telling another employee to also ignore them. The least they could have done was come over the voice box and say they couldnât help me and were closing after helping the last customer but instead they ignored me after I had waited in line since before they...
Read moreI'm unsure of how i ended up here. The sun had vanished and the sky was empty. Despite the energy if the planet earth being off, this ice cream shop had prestige vibes that made me feel right at home. The workers were primarily shrimp people. There was a good balance of gingers, too. Overall, a good diverse workspace. It was rather hot, though, so I'd recommend a light rain coat. Please don't bring in children under 23. The gamma radiation may just be too strong for them. Their green chili could use some work, though when combined with the classic sherbet, the lack of bitterness can be overlooked. The ice cream was enjoyable, despite the fact that I am now trapped in the void, the sun still not having returned. The sky is empty. Please, God, help me. Customer service was incredible, though the shrimp-people could use better wigs. Someone please Brooke: orange is not her color. Try...
Read moreI don't know who needs to see this. But I've been multiple times at this location after 9pm ish way earlier than 10pm and employees close this location way earlier. Its fine to close at 9pm if you want to, but if you have multiple signs and advertise you close at 10pm I think this policy need to be followed. It is really upsetting to drive there and employees just lock the doors and don't even have the courtesy to at least say âsorry our freezer always breaks at 9pm and our ice cream is meltedâ. Im being sarcastic. FYI CVS across the street has great haagen dazs and blue bell ice cream and is always open! Thank you CVS for being there for my pregnant...
