Bob's Better Burger — Restaurant in Midland

So boom It's my first time in Midland and I googled burgers near me (I LOVE ME SOME BURGERS 🤤 🍔),and this place popped up So I put the location in my GPS. When I arrived they had one person that was already standing at the counter and another lady was pulling up while I was pulling up select the gentleman I am I let the lady who pulled up at the same time as I pull up go before me. I place my order which was a double meat Burger one beef patty and one fried chicken patty fully dressed. After I placed my order I let the lady know that I was going to do a review,so make it look pretty lol. I then asked her do they have any social sites that I can tag them in for one I do a review for my online platforms and she kindly replied no. I took a small video of the business sign, front counter and a display of the menu then set inside my car. The first guy got his food and another vehicle pulled up it was two females. The two females place their order shortly afterwards the woman who ordered before me gotten her food and left. No I'm thinking oooowwwweee maneeee I'm next then boom 🤯 the guy on the microphone called up the two women who ordered after me to get they food. So now I'm thinking maybe they had a order smaller than mines.... I continued patiently waiting for my food and that's when another car pulls up. The guy gets out his car and proceeded to order. 30 minutes done passed by so I get out the car and ask how long would it be on my food. The guy who was working the intercom and window asked me my number and I gave it to him. He walks to the back so I follow him with My eyes While looking at him I look and see the rest of the crew then BOOOOM I see a little old lady hooked up to a breeding machine with the little wires connected to her nose. BRUHHHHH I COULD HAVE DRIED TRYING TO HOLD MY LAUGH 😂 🤣 🤣 SO DUDE WALKS BACK TO THE FRONT AND HANDS ME MY FOOD. IHOP IN THE CAR UNTIL MY GIRL WHEN I JUST SEEN HOPING THAT WILL COOL HER OFF BECAUSE SHE'S ANGRY ABOUT HOW LONG SHE'S BEEN WAITING FOR THE FOOD. I TOTALLY FORGOT TO CHECK THE BAG BEFORE I PULLED OFF, MADE IT TO MY ROOM UNWRAP THE BURGER ND GOT HIGHLY UPSET BRUH..... THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG...

This was our first time eating at Bob's, this is our review:

Cons (-) Slow Customer service lacking Order mistake Onion Rings no seasoning

My wife and I both ordered burgers. She ordered a large hamburger, I ordered a super jalepeno burger; we also ordered a side of onion rings and tater tots.

We both thought the burgers were great! They tasted fresh and hot. They used a thin patty on their burgers, which we both prefer. Their tater tots were excellent! They tasted almost homemade and had a flavorful seasoning. The onion rings were okay, they had a great breading, but lacked any sort of seasoning.

We took away a stars for the following reasons: Our small order took 22:27 minutes, which seemed slow. Be prepared to wait, or call in your order! They messed up my wife's order and added cheese to her burger. The lady was a little rude; when I ordered, I wanted the grilled onions on my burger on the side, she gave out a big sigh and said that would cost me an extra $5. REALLY???

We are going to give them another shot another day and I will update...

I would love to just say that this place is wonderful, but let me explain why. Since I have lived in Midland, every time my family and I go out, or get food together, our order is always wrong. We are a big family, we dont all like the same things, sometimes we are complicated, but we pay alot of money every time we go out together. Last night I decided to get dinner from here for my big family, it was alot of food and cost us around $100 which is a good price for what all we got. The customer service was exceptional, the time I waited was not very long considering, the food, astronomical, I mean, taste, accuracy, presentation, all of it was perfect. Not only did the accommodate my big order with a smile, they put the bags in a box without me having to ask so that I could take it all in my truck. They also got it right, which that's a big one, normally at the very least one of our food is wrong in a big order, here, not one mistake. Anyways, my point is, I will be back again.
