Chinese Dumpling — Restaurant in Midland

Best dumplings in Midland , pork to be exactly are the best!! Tomato beef noodle soup is something everyone should try ! I like this place whenever I’m having cheat meal day , make myself happy ;)

Edit 01/14/2024 I ordered tomato beef noodle soup... Noodles so bad, I can't recommend it anymore: 2/10 Beef steamed dumplings: 8/10 Fried beef noodles: 5/10 Bao BBQ chicken: 7/10

They didn't have chive fried pan cake, or anything with chive.

I will not buy noodles again from this place, but dumplings still good.

I think the chinese women (owner) it's the only one in this kitchen who can make you fall in love with her food , but besides that I have going here for multiple times and everytime noodles are different. Today they were really bad. I saw a lot of people working there , I understand high demand but definitely not...

Saw all the great reviews for this place and decided to try it out, but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Right off there was a weird smell upon entering, a mixture of what smelled like cinnamon and sewage. We were one of two occupied tables they had in the restaurant and it was eerily quite and stiff, we felt like we had to whisper to each other in order to not be overheard by others. However, the waitress was amazing, very attentive and she took our order quickly. We ordered steamed dumplings, seafood noodles, and the wonton soup. They did have good portions for how much it cost. The dumplings were underdone, the noodles were extremely bland, and the shrimp in the wonton soup were not cleaned correctly as well as being extremely bland. In the end the best thing we ate there was the prepackaged...

I tried the Fried Noodles with seafood and the Pork and chives pan fried dumplings. I am going to rate each separately...

Pan Fried dumplings ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars) : They were excellent, definitely homemade. The dumplings had a great slightly crisp outside texture with an outstanding flavor inside. I will get these everytime I return.

Fried Noodles with Seafood ⭐⭐ (2 stars): The dish was bland. It was almost like they cooked it with no sauce or seasoning. It also tasted like the noodles were not homemade. The entré looked completely different than what was advertised, frankly, it tasted like it was made from a frozen food bag (see pics). I probably will never get a noodle dish here again.
