Although Angelica and Jose are awesome, i truly believe that the assistant manager Carla should be removed from her position.

Her uprofessionalism in handling our move out without the proper paperwork needed.

She has ducked our phone calls and even hung up on me as soon as she heard my name.

She charged us for damages and painting od the apartment for no reason since there was no damage and they said they were changing colors anyway.

So instead of addressing the charges with us and told my wife that we would receive most of the deposit back instead again ducked our questions and made us pay for something they needed to do anyway

I will address this issue with the corporate office and see what happens next.

I enjoyed living here for 2 years, so I am very disappointed that this happened. I moved out & never got any notice that I owed any money. I called them 21 days after moving out to ask whether I will get my deposit back, to which they told me I owed over 300 in maintenance or whatever it is. I asked to see the breakdown coz I didn't understand why I owed money, and why my deposit wouldn't cover it, the lady at the office told me I would get a letter in the mail explaining the costs. Shock on me a few days ago I got a letter from a collections agency instead! I paid my rent ahead of time without fail every month, why would I not pay 300?
