There are kiosks where you have to order your food so the employees can ignore you. If there is a problem there is nothing they can do, if they ran out of something there is no way to know until they tell you a long time later. They have no way of fixing it. When you order from the kiosk "it is paperless" so you have to give them your phone number or email and name. After they get your phone number or email the employees just yell out random numbers because they don't get your name from the machine. When I went there there were 11 people sitting. Nobody was eating. They were all waiting for their food. One guy got a notification that his food was ready and was upset because he had been waiting for more than an hour. A young lady started yelling at the customer "I didn't say that! There is nothing I can do!" ect.... On the rare occasion that the food does come out it's usually wrong. I saw a customer return something and they remade it correctly but instead of telling the customer they just left it on the counter. The guy that waited for more than an hour asked for a refund. The manager gave him an email and said that's all we can do. Finally when I got my food the soda machine didn't work. I had to get the attention of an employee because they try their hardest not to acknowledge customers and told one of them that the soda machine didn't work. They said they knew. That's great but that's not going to give me a drink. I asked so wheee do I get a drink. Begrudgingly they said the machine for the drive through works so they have to fill my drink. It has been a long time since I have been to this restaurant it's going to be a long time...
Read moreThis is probably the most poorly ran establishment in Midland, Texas, and that is saying a lot . The customer service is absolutely awful. The service is extremely slow.
Today I went and no one was in the drive thru and hardly many customers in the parking lot. I sat at the ordering/menu station for 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. When she did, all she did was say she’ll be with me in a minute, no sorry for the wait or thank you for your patience. When she did finally come back and take my order after almost two songs played on the radio, (no cars in front of me) she pretty much dismissed me. I said I wanted a number 2 with no lettuce and a Mountain Dew. She said “a Taco Bell number 2?!” I said yes. (I didn’t see any other #2’s) and again added that I wanted no lettuce and a Mountain Dew for the drink, she then asked me what I wanted to drink 🙄I get yo to the window and she says my order will be right out and hands me my drink. I wait and wait and then a different girl just opens the window, doesn’t even look at me and sticks the bag out while still looking at something else. I just grab the bag and open the tacos right there knowing 💯 that there would be lettuce on it. There was! I told her that I mentioned no lettuce more than once and her response was “well I didn’t take your order!”
So rude, so poorly ran. I will never understand why corporate doesn’t kick whoever runs this place to the curb.
I’m not surprised that none of the reviews have responses
This is why people only eat Taco Bell when...
Read moreWe tend to visit this Taco Bell regularly, one a week, although the service is sometimes lacking. Today we ordered our usual, when we got home and opened our food there was a clear liquid on our burritos. We were put off a bit but thought it may be from the tortilla as lately thier food has been sticking to the wrapper. Took a bite and it was immediately clear that it was some kind of cleaning solution on my burrito. The taste immediately made me sick to my stomach and caused me to throw up, now the sour chemical taste is still lingering in my mouth. Also ordered 2 nacho fries but recieved 1 that was KFC fries with no seasoning. Took the food back up there to request a refund and the employees were laughing about it including the manager, which gave us the impression that it was done on purpose. We recived a refund on half our order. We took a picture of the wrapper after I used a napkin to dry it and the burrito off. I had to wipe off the burrito! IDK why I still gave them the benefit of the doubt to take a bite instead of just going back up there. This place was great but has slowly gotten worse and worse.
Edit My family wanted to give this place another try....bad idea. Do not order hard tacos here, before pulling out of the drive, they will be soggy and stuck to the paper. I hate...
