My order was extended 30 minutes without being informed and did not have extra toppings like I paid for. The employee that answered the phone was rude and completely unprofessional. I don't understand how an employee can have this terrible of customer service. Edit- the same female instore employee answering the phones boxed my pizza and didn't make it well done like requested touched the computer hair then touched my pizza in multiple places while putting my pizza back in the oven. So I waited another ten minutes. It came out of the oven burnt and rock hard on the crust which then I finally complained about the whole experience which she was unprofessional and absolutely rude with attitude again. I left with a refund. I don't understand how people can be so unsanitary and rude. So a whole hour which half I waited instore for nothing. Imagine what there doing...

I called back again and was placed on hold again but this time to tell me they don’t delivery even though we have been delivered to our address multiple times. Told me to call another #. I called the other number for them to tell us that they also don’t deliver either... this was the first time the second time again we were placed on hold for 10 minutes. Think on why Domino's has to keep coming up with cutting edge ways to deliver....because that's all they have going for them. Delivery and the Noid. My jaw hurts from eating 2 slices of a medium. The crust was chewy and hard. The cheese already had a rubberized glaze, (how much mozzarella is even in your blend?). My bacon jalapeño bites, only had one ingredient per bite. I had to break them open to mix the ingredients. Can't blame the crew, I blame management and corp training.
