Crude City BBQ — Restaurant in Midland

Hey ya’ll!! We have our very own Triple D (that’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives) experience right here in Midland!! The food here is 100% deee-lish!! I had the Trinity which starts with a bed of out of this world Mac n Cheese, topped with the best chipped and chopped brisket I’ve had in a while. On top of that, a layer of chopped smoked sausage and a side of sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. And a bowl of complimentary charro beans and a heaping stack of pickled jalapeños….im telling you, this was a meal to be savored on a cold Wednesday afternoon. And all for less than $12 bucks!! I should have taken a picture of all that deliciousness, but I stuck my face in it instead!! 😋 BBQ not your thang?!? Check out their other offerings from salads and sandwiches to burgers and such. This place has the variety to feed everyone. Dine-in or Drive-thru….don’t matter how you do it, just down here and get ya some of this...

First time I went to Crude BBQ It was Great. Had the grilled brisket and Cheese Sandwich. Loved it.The cook came out and greeted us. He was very nice and friendly, he hoped we would love the food,Told us he would like our feed back on the food. Customer Service was great. About 2wks later I go back expecting the same service. Did not happen. There was a young Male Finally came to the front. I think he was working by himself. Was not friendly came off as being sarcastic .didn't have an answer to nothing you ask him. So I wanted a 2 meat meal after he could not tell what I wanted to know I ordered a 1 meat (Ribs) plate. And boy was I disappointed he gave me 2 very small thin piece of ribs. And I ask is this all you get for the price. He said you get what ever it weighs. Never Again will I go back..and would not recommend to...

I’ve driven by Crude Food so many times and never stopped. Well today, I stopped, and I was not disappointed. Accepting the recommendation of the friendly person taking my order, I chose the chopped beef sandwich. Such a simple staple of BBQ joints, sometimes disappointing, sometimes not. This one did NOT disappoint. It took a little longer to get my sandwich than expected and now I know why. It wasn’t just some bread and leftover beef soaked in sauce. Oh no. This was fresh. Very fresh. Freshly chopped beef, layered on a grilled bun (the grilled bun alone puts it over the top for me) with pickles and onions and a side of sauce. The perfect size for a satisfying lunch. Well done...
