Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Midland

Manager was arguing with employee and kept it going employee might have been wrong by not listening but there is a reasonable way to ask someone without degrading them in front of a group of guests that pay her salary and to continue on with it is not professional a class in how to to talk to others is in order before she is to continue to be in customer service the young girl that was not involved went along as if nothing was happening is she used to this? Or is she most professional and needs to show management how to do their job keep her in mind for a promotion This is from a retired food service manager or more then 30 years

The good: food was fine.

The bad: really long line (not their issue though, there is nothing around here). After waiting 20 minutes in line and I'm ready to order, they let me know their grill is not working. They aren't able to make the dish I want. So I get something else for the sake of time. Get through the line to pay and they charge me for queso fresco . I didn't get any I tell the rude casher. She said that's the cheese on top, the tiny amount of cheese crumbles. I let her know that the lady making the meal didn't tell me. She said to bad (that is never what you tell a customer!) This lady really took a pan of queso that was all dried up and brown an gross looking in that buffet stainless steel container on the line and sprayed it with vegetable spray right in front of us ( after my husband asked for a pint of it) and commenced to grabbing a new bag of queso and opening it in front of us and dumping it on top of the dried up stuff!!! The corn was all dried up the rice was dry and a lot of it hard! My daughter worked for moes up north and that store put this store to shame!! It was so disgusting i had to throw out my whole bowl! Glad I was just passing thru on our truck but sure was a waste of hard earned money! And time!! We Will never stop...
