KFC — Restaurant in Midwest City

So I just need to share this…

I haven’t been to KFC in a long long time.. For some reason today I wanted a KFC bowl. So I pulled to outside lane of the drive thru just to look at the menu and make sure that’s what I wanted and to see how much it was. All the sudden I hear someone yelling from across the parking lot out her window.. “ GIRL YOU ARE SO SMART! NO ONE EVER DOES THAT IM GUNNA BUY YOUR LUNCH” I was like what? Who Is she talking to. I pull back around and got in the actual drive through line and she comes over the speaker and said “ No one ever pulls to that lane they always just hold up the line or get rude so I’m buying your lunch for being smart” It was the manager! She was on break I assume and saw me do that. It was super sweet my lunch was only $7 something I could have covered that myself, but that was a super sweet simple jester and it made my entire day! Stuff like that doesn’t hardly happen to me. I always try to do that for others when I can. I love random acts of kindness!!!

Ordered a 16 pc family meal with 2 mash and gravy, 1 potato wedges and a Cole slaw. We went thru drive thru and when they were handing the food to the drive thru worker she asked if it was the 16 pc? I was given my CC back but not our receipt. Didn’t pay any attention to that. I heard them say yes. Before leaving we checked our sides and was missing one of the mash and gravy. My daughter took the order back in they the front counter and we were given the missing mash and gravy. Another customer stopped my daughter on hew way back out to the car and asked if we had his twelve piece, which she said no we were missing a side. We get home and I open the meat to find 12 wings, 1 breast and one leg.😡 I’ve tried to call them even though I don’t have a receipt, but can’t get an answer. It’s super cold out and I will not be getting back out. Perhaps some managers may thy to reach out to me and make it right, I’ll readjust my review. If not, I’ll be copying and posting to...

Please hire a more efficient manager. The speed of service is slow. I get it may not be a prime location but at least have the order ready when it is picked up. There's a white male manager at least for tonight. Order accuracy is that of a baby. May not be a prime location. But you should know when your peaks happen. Had about 8 cars parked to wait on food. 1 cashier, 1 cooked, 1 person boxing orders and 1 came over looking lost. Get a more efficient manager to run this store. I get it slow location but come on. There shouldn't be online order waiting. So why have 4 people in the store. Delegation of tasks must not be a strong suit for this location. I have ordered several times and food have not been ready for pick up. Which let me know maybe this is cook to order to keep down spillage. You have 4 people one should be on the front cash register as well and help box food multi- task. If I could cancel and get a refund I would have but I didn't want go...
