Very poorly managed. Last night I went through the drive thru and ordered food at 5:04 pm, I was the first in the drive thru and was asked to move around to the double doors and my order would be brought out in a few minutes. Thirty minutes later, after watching several customers go through the drive thru as well as several customers go in the doors, order and come out with their food quickly, I went in to inquire about my order. I was told "we are working on it", so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came out and instead of apologizing and telling me they had forgotten my order, she said the delay was because of my special order item. I didn't order a special order item, I ordered the 2 piece Cod meal on their regular menu. She gave me the option of a refund, or wait another 3 minutes. I chose to wait, and 6 minutes later my food was brought out. I got home and opened my order and my waffle fries were missing. One would think that after taking 40 minutes to bring my order, it would have been correct. I went back to get a refund of the $2.79 plus tax that I was charged for the missing fries. The cashier went and got the manager and I was told that there would be no refund because she packed the order herself and put the fries in there. She brought me a closed bag which I did not open until I got home, the fries were not there, she again lied to me. I hope she enjoys that $2.79 plus tax because she lost my business. While I am just one customer, we have eaten at this LJS for many years every Friday during lent and several other times throughout the year. That was a costly $3, very poor management. Word to the wise, steer clear of this LJS until they get a new manager, Hannah is horrible. If you do decide to do business with them, check your order before they walk away or you leave because they do not correct their mistakes and will lie about it. All she needed to do was be honest and tell me they forgot my order and it was now being prepared, but she chose to lie, then instead of admitting that my fries were left out, she lied again. I asked her name and the receipt has a totally different female name on it then what she gave me. After telling her there was no reason for her to be rude and that I would be trying to contact her GM she got really nice and respectful. When you go to a fish/seafood place you expect shrimp sauce. They where out. My Husband tells her they should really be telling people in the drive threw that they are out at least give people a choice if they want shrimp with no sauce. Her response was “I can’t read minds, if you don’t want your food then just say so “ (very rudely) then before while in the drive threw my husband wanted hush puppies as his side she said to him “um you are already getting hush puppies with your meal, you need to pick another side” so he picked green beans…. We didn’t get those though they forgot them. They forgot our drinks as well. My husband had to go back in cause she shut the window after handing us the food and we still didn’t get the green beans. Read more30 March 2021. My wife and I made the mistake of choosing this location for a quick burger. It took over 10 minutes to receive our order. My wife's single burger was supposed to be without cheese. It had cheese and the bun was hardened as if it had been placed on the grill at the same time as the dry patty. My burger was supposed to be a Papa burger combo, and without onion. It had onions and the burger and bread were also dry. There was no ice in the vending machine and my serving of french fries was scanty, about fifteen fries. That worked out okay, because I requested ketchup and stated I like a little french fries with my ketchup. I was give about a dozen and a half packets of ketchup, which is the next issue. Most of the ketchup packets were in two clumps, because they were glued together with dried ketchup, which had leaked out of torn packets. I barely had enough ketchup to cover my 15 fries. I think they must have split my french fries with another customer instead of frying...
