Subway — Restaurant in Midwest City

Great sandwich made with fresh bread got the BMT with extra meat & cheese loaded up just the way I like it!! Went there kind of late, there was only 1 guy working, he was Busy the entire time with the drive thru & walk in customers but the wait was minimal. He was polite & made my sandwich just the way I asked him to. I'm very particular about the way I want my food, it didn't seem to bother him he was very patient. He answered my questions about the wraps they offer & other menu items. He marked the sandwiches so we would know which one belonged to who when we got home! It was a good visit & I will continue to return there for my sandwiches. The place was clean and very organized, he continually changed his plastic gloves when he made different orders & handled money. At 1st I was concerned about him being solo but he handled everything with great detail & ease & was polite in the process. It was busy the entire time we were there & even had customers coming inside & pulling up to the drive thru when we were leaving!! People know where there is a good place to go for good food & the amount of business spoke volumes about this location!! Glad this SubWay is MY SUBWAY located very close...

I went to this location for dinner tonight and I was the only person in the store as a customer. I walk up to the lady and order a foot long meatball sub with double the meatballs. This wasnt my first time ordering this and I noticed that something was a bit off when the lady asked me what kind of cheese I wanted. I told her that there should be more meatballs on there,and she replied that it was the right amount.i was still unconvinced and voiced my concerns. She counted and said yes there are 12. Since I didnt know how many came on an regular meatball sub I partially accepted the answer. When I saw the manager I asked if a double meatball sub came with 12 meatballs. She informed me that no it actually comes with 16. The manager then fixed my order. Also it took 15 min to make my sandwich. I dont think that I will ever be going back to this location and I strongly urge others to forgo this particular subway and dine somewhere else. Unless you want to have a...

If I could give a negative star, I would. It pains me to say that. I understand it usually takes longer to fulfill orders because nothing is more custom than Subway. But, my experience tonight was absurd.

I pulled into drive through and was told to pull up to the window. There was ONE car in front of me. I waited 30 MINUTES at the window and I was NEVER even acknowledged, let alone given an opportunity to have an order taken.

Ok. Maybe they didn't see me??

Nope. I beep the horn at 20 minutes. Still no acknowledgment.

I gave up at 30 minutes and left.

It always takes at least 20 minutes here but, to not even be acknowledged after 30 MINUTES at the window after being told to pull up to the window??? That is ridiculous....
