Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Mifflin Township

We ordered our food, drove all the way there, only to sit in the "convenient" drive through window for 15 minutes before it was our turn to get food. 2 cars ahead of us, the 1st waited most of this time as if they were making their sub after ordering it at the window.

The 2nd car waited a couple minutes and the kid at the window handed out 2 pizza boxes with 2 sub boxes on top and something else on top of those. That poor person could barely squeeze it all through their window.

I pulled up, he asks "last name", I give it, ......, typing, pushing buttons,..... walks away. Like 5 minutes later, just hands out my food, says with a very stale dead voice, "have a good night".

Food wasn't hot, definitely cold by the time we got home, which normally it wouldn't be. Seemed like it was made before we ordered. The last times had been pretty bad, no manners, poor quality food, excessive waiting. I get being short staffed, but they could at least try to make up for it with some professionalism. Plus it seems like they hire the youngest kids who don't really care about having a job or being polite. Just a here, here's your food, goodbye.

Also be aware, that place next door, on a night of an event, is EXTREMELY busy. People were parked behind people parked in the parking spots of the building. It was...

I tried unsuccessfully to use the website to order a pizza and it would not allow me to check out. I then called a placed my order over the phone where I was denied the opportunity to take advantage of the 30% discount being offered. I was told my pizza ( medium founders favorite ) would be $18.99 and delivery would add several more dollars. I agreed to all of that and received my pizza about an hour later. It was burned around the entire perimeter, there almost no sauce, the toppings were tasteless, and the crust was disgusting. I have ordered this signature pizza in the past and it has always been delicious. The miss tonight was very disappointing. I ate three pieces of and had to stop. The whole experience was one I hope to never repeat. Changes need to be made of Donations expects any future success. That was terrible and far beneath the standards I have...

I have had several bad experiences with this location. On at least two occasions, I have had to call because my order was late. Not just a few minutes late, 25 minutes late on an already 50 minute wait time. And I live 4 minutes from the store. Each time I called, they have not offered to give me any coupons, asked if I wanted to adjust the tip I already put on my card, or made any reparation. The drivers have made no apology of being late. The pizza I got was warm, at best. Another time I got the wrong pizza. When they delivered the correct one, they acted like they were doing me a favor saying I could keep the wrong one. I didn't like it, so I wouldn't eat it, but seriously were they going to serve it to someone else? Really, I'll just learn my lesson...
