Well.....the manager won't give his name, so I'll just describe him. White guy, about 5'10", 110 pounds wet, rotten teeth must be a crack head or recovering crack head.....hard to tell. So I try to visit this store to get a bite to eat. I am in a 75' semi. There is one truck spot left, but a homeless man has his van parked in the spot. I politely ask the man if he can reverse or pull forward so I can park in this spot with him. There is enough room for us both, but he refuses. Instead of taking care of business, the good ol' way, I decided to stay civil and ask the manager about the situation. The manager said the he cant make the man move. He said technically it is a parking spot. Well......thats fine, I asked him if I was able to park on the car side of the lot He says I can't do that. Im kinda confused here. A car can park in the truck parking but not vice versa. This is a prejudiced move on his behalf. Not to mention, I waited 5 minutes before I was even able to get someone to acknowledge me. 2 employees decide that they're gonna just sit back and chit chat thinking that they are invisible, like we can't see you look8ng dead at us waiting for assistance. No worries. I am an OTR truck driver and give Mcdonalds more business in a week, every week than an average person does in a year. McDonald's is falling off more and more everday, now is the perfect time to never give my money to this place again. Gotta be something in the air or aybe the stupid stick got ahold...
Read moreGot stuck sleeping in the car a few hours to avoid suicidal deer… After watching the nonsense online about a Mc Donalds manager telling a customer to go somewhere else after making his drink wrong and shaming him on social media for asking that it be made the correct way… well I had my doubts about a tiny Micky Ds in the mountains. SHOCKER!! They were FABULOUS. And you guys know I hate everything so that’s saying something. My drink…mocha frappe, no whip cream no chocolate drizzle add two shots of espresso was PERFECTION. Served with a smile and pleasant conversation at seven am. Ten minutes later I had a dilemma. I phone was dead and I needed to use the restroom. Lorrie was having her personal break but was kind enough to offer to keep an eye on my phone for me while I was in the Ladies room. On her own time. Most Micky D employees on the 90 tollway won’t even make eye contact, smile or look up. Glad I took I80West.
In this day and age getting the service I got today was exceptional. Restored my faith in fast food. Give these ladies a raise!! The nice lady who made my Frappe was a great way to start my day on a frustrating trip! Dining room and bathrooms were immaculate. Another plus. Plus there’s plug by table 119 for...
Read moreThis place is filthy. We stopped to get a bite to eat and use the restrooms on our way home. The first thing we saw was trash, overflowing onto the ground from the trash receptacle outside, next to the parking lot. Okay, holiday weekend, so we gave them a cautious pass on that...
Once we got inside, though, we decided against eating there. The floor was dirty, with ketchup packets, straw wrappers, and who knows what else on the floor, on and under the tables.
The place was almost empty, as far as customers went, so it wasn't as if they were too busy to have at least one employee wiping down the tables or emptying the trash outside (bad first impression, by the way).
I'm not a neat freak by any means, but I'm also not going to eat in a place that looks like it'll give all of us a foodborne illness. Gross.
The bathrooms were a LITTLE cleaner, but not much....
