Hardee’s — Restaurant in Milaca

I recently visited Hardee's in Milaca, MN for breakfast via the drive-through, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here are the details of my visit:

Location and Convenience: Hardee's in Milaca is the only drive-through in the area that serves breakfast, making it a convenient option for those residing in the rural outskirts. As it is close to my home and en route to work, I often stop by for breakfast.

Stay Away!!! Stopped in yesterday. They were not busy, and the service was terrible! When we got our food, the burgers were a little warm, and both the curly fries and french fries were cold. I took them back to the counter to get new ones. The person at the counter told the person doing the drive through/fries to drop a new batch. She didn't bother. After a few minutes, I said to forget it, as now my somewhat warm burger was cold. i said I didn't want to eat new fries 5 minutes after my burger. I asked to speak to a manager. While I was waiting, (she was busy in the back and I understand that) I was watching the front counter person. When a dine in order was made, she would take the sandwich out of the wrapper and put it in a basket. This is the person who is handling money, and is not wearing gloves or washing her hands, who is now touching everyone's food. Instead of doing one order and getting it out, she would do a couple. She put a couple of sandwiches in baskets, put them on a tray, then go over and get some (cold) fries, dump them in the baskets, put another order in a bag, and then call out the bag orders at the counter and when all those were picked up would take the dine in food to the dining room. No wonder our food was cold. The manager was very nice, offered to do anything, but after seeing what I seen, just wanted my money back. She refunded my money, and gave me a receipt for a free meal for next time. We will not be using that. When I left - they still had not made...

I go more often then i should. They recently have gotten all new staff... the new staff seem to ALWAYS mess up. It is common i have to go back more then once to get my order fixed. Tonight was no exception. I get a dbl chz burger only keptchup, letuce and chz but for some reason they always 4get the chz. When i called the manager told me i could come back and get the mmeal deal remade though he insisted he thouhht he watched them put chz on it (they did not and i offered to bring back the burger 4 proof). Which was nice but a WASTE OF MY TIME . The second buger in the meal deal was supposed to have mayo, tomato and letuce added. They didnt add the tomato nor letuce AND THE BUGERS HAD TO OF BEEN PURPOSFULLY OVER SALTED. both burgers had an insane amout of salt, unedible completely. I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MANY ISSUES HERE. It is sad and bery dissapointing because the old crew was amazing and very friendly. Not so much anymore. Sadly i will probably stop coming in as they obviously are tampering with my food now because i had the nerve to want...
