First off all the pizza is amazing! But the reason I'm writing the review is because of the service. We were staying at a nearby hotel and after reading other reviews decided to try this place out. We asked for plates, napkins, salt, and parmesean and the driver went out of his way to make sure we got everything. When our food was delivered we were missing a couple 2 liters(weren't charged). The delivery driver went back immediately and brought it to us within about 10 minutes. The pizza was so good we decided to get it again the very next day to eat on the trip home. When I went in to pick it up every employee I encountered was polite and seemed to genuinely enjoy being at work. Thanks for such a great experience both times! I’m crying happy tears! It’s Sunday. We’ve been outside in the sun all day, swimming. Came In for the evening, & decided I don’t want to cook dinner. So pizza it is! My first time ordering with Jim’s Pizza Box, I newly reside in Norwalk now. Anyways, get online. Website is a breeze to navigate. Submit my order at 4:46pm. Says to expect the delivery in 45-55min. Oka; cool. No problem. Gives me time to clean up, switch over some laundry. At 5:06pm, someone pulls in my drive. Wasnt expecting anyone just yet. Sure enough, IT WAS MY PIZZA ORDER! I’m over the moon about this place already! My food was hotter than hot, it was all made perfectly. & most Of all, it was delicious!!!!! Thank you Jim’s Pizza Box!
