Burger King — Restaurant in Milan

I will NOT be back ! I went through the drive through and sat there for going on 10-15 min the woman on headset her name was Antericca because today I guess they decided to wear their nametags today she was very rude and distasteful slammed the door in my face and rolled her eyes at me at the window when I told her I was coming into the establishment her words was to her co workers “ i do not care about no customers yall don’t pay me enough to care about these customers and they food” and i was just overwhelmed by what she said thinking she closed the window all the way after she slammed it in my face. my food was cold and old so I came in the inside to have it remade the inside was completely dirty you can tell they hadn’t clean the lobby since first shift when I came in and was a dasher for DoorDash and picked up my clients food I honestly don’t know what’s the difference between morning and night but you can tell mornings are about their business food is always hot customer service is always on point employees are always laughing and having fun but this will be my last time coming just because of the second shift and the people they have in there everyone looks confused I asked for the mangers name and spoke to Reggie himself for him to basically shoo me away like a fly on the wall !!!!! I will be calling corporate about this the whole ordeal it was not customer service friendly i was not okay my food it was cold you can tell it wasn’t fresh I can not wait until they shut down one of the worst places in Milan to eat especially if you come after 3 when the General manager Tonya leaves I hate for her to work all day long because you can tell the next shift needs to learn their jobs again because when her and her employees are there on morning shift everything and I do mean EVERYTHING is fresh hot cook to order customer service is 10/10 the lobby everything is cleaned and in order that’s how you run an establishment when Tonya is there honestly and truthfully ! We were passing through Milan on our way to Northbrook Church and had to grab a meal for our family of six. The establishment was clean and well kept; but it was the service that will have my business; not only was our order completed as requested, which is a challenge sometimes with children who ask for special orders, the young lady who took our order helped me carry our order to the van where my family was waiting because there was too much for one person to handle, that is true service above and beyond. Where do I begin? Well my brothers and I stopped here for breakfast. The attendant taking the order rushed me and did not even hear everything I said (when she clearly asked me to clarify and I did). We had a gift card on our phone and the cashier at the pay window didn't even know how to deal with it. The manager comes and she doesn't even know how to deal with it either ! (LOL) Wow. Next window, food was given. Left my drink off, had to wait to get it fixed.
