Placed an order for a coworker to pick up for me because I could not leave work. Ordered a protein bowl with a macadamia nut cookie. Got the bowl and it was good as usual, but no cookie. Called the business back and spoke with a young lady that said it must have been a manager that took your order and I will have him call you back and left all my info with her. Never got a call back and 3 days later I call and ask for a manager. The guy that answers the phone said he is not a manager but he is the one that took my order and laughs because he can't believe I am calling over a cookie. I mean, the charge is on my credit card and he was very condescending on the phone and finally after talking about me (to me) and the fact that I had to have a coworker come and pick up the order for me; he finally said, "well, you can come in for a cookie. I see a million customers a day and can't say if I remember putting it in there or not". Well, trust me when I say, I have better things to do than make up stories about a cookie not being in my bag. I will never give this store my business ever again and I will make sure no family or coworkers give them business again. He was rude and I don't have time for it. There are too many other businesses that could use my money. (he needs a class in customer service etiquette). I hear people blame the pandemic on people's attitudes and I think that's a crock. I didn't call being rude to him, I asked about my cookie and he fed me BS before he made it right. If there was a ZERO STAR to click THAT would be my rating...
Read moreIf I could, I'd give them 0 stars. I went in ordered a spicy Italian. Add Turkey when the dude made it it didn't look right. The meat was incorrect, so I told him, look, that's not the right meat. That doesn't look right He said no, it's correct. So when I call back to tell him, it was incorrect when I take a bite out of it at home. He leads to tell me that his manager will refund me the next morning. Sadly, I spoke to the manager, and she was just as nasty as he was. If not more, I would not recommend this restaurant ever Subway as a franchise is going so downhil. It's just disgusting The worst part was is the fact that they told me they couldn't refund me because he made the sandwich in front of me. But look, it doesn't matter. He made it in front of me. Read moreThis week I believe in Tuesday 9/16/25 or Wednesday 9/17/25 - Went to subway during my lunch break to get a sub and once I got back to work I realized my bell pepper had mold so I took it back and she got upset and said it’s part of the bell peppers! Like why? So she goes and says “you see me making it so I’m not replacing it” I’m assuming it had to be caught at the moment that’s ridiculous.
