I came here on Saturday 02-18-23 and they were SO busy.. so so busy. The line was back up to the door.... the online/ door dash, grub hub and Uber orders just kept coming and coming. There were 2 young girls in there and one older man who people say is the owner. Those 2 girls were KILLING it by themselves. The âownerâ was literally WATCHING THEM. When I mean literally not helping lay a finger, I truly mean that. Not only wasnât he helping them make the ice cream but he couldnt do as little as take an order!! These 2 young girls did absolutely everything themselves and the entire time they boosted each other up. âWe are doing great, keep goingâ and things like that. Not a single word of encouragement came out of that manâs mouth. To top it off there were customers screaming because of how long it was taking and walking out. Those girls did the best they could and did great. It was truly just too much for any 2 people to handle, especially when the owner was standing there WATCHING the entire time. He could have at least taken the orders for these clearly struggling employees. I gave them a $20 tip, I felt so bad for them. If I was their parents I wouldnât let them work there and thatâs the gods honest truth. If you arenât going to help and just watch then go back in your office so you donât look like a complete...

Management obviously doesnât train them and the only thing they can say is âwe canât do that.â They would not honor a reward when I went in even though the E-mail I got said nothing about using the app or having a bar code or paying only by certain methods or anything else. However, the young woman there INSISTED I must have a bar code or she would charge me full price for something that should have been $1. In fact, the E-mail gives virtually NO restrictions on use except that I had to order something else (I was trying to) and it couldnât be used for a delivery order. (I was in the store.).    Read moreThis place used to be great but apparently it has changed ownership recently. They also seemed to have signed up for uber eats and door dash.. huge mistake. Completely disorganized and no balance between the delivery orders and the orders being placed in person. The new owners clearly have noooo idea how busy this place gets in the spring and summer. I went on a cool March Sunday evening at 8:00 and they couldn't keep up with the line and delivery orders all coming in at once. They messed up 3 orders while I was there. There's only one ice cream machine.. how can you have all that coming in at once? Makes no sense. Advice to the new owner, stick to focusing on the foot traffic customers because if this business plan continues through the summer, you're going to lose a lot...
