It’s not common that you see a beach so highly rated, but after visiting you’ll understand why this one could achieve such a rare feat. It’s very peaceful, the waves are soft and calming, and most of the people you come across are exceedingly friendly. There were several people walking their dogs, their kids, or simply going on a solo stroll. 8.9.23 For Milford residents with parking stickers, there's a small, free parking lot near the condos. For non-residents, there was no parking that I could find, so we parked in the plaza with Dunkin, Subway, DQ, Adams, etc. and walk the 7 minutes to the beach. The beach itself is tiny, and today, it was covered with washed-up seaweed and lots of rocks. The beach was lovely and quiet because it didn't have the rifrats you see at big, state beaches.
