Absolutely terrible service. This place is run by teenagers and it is just an absolute disaster. I had to wait over 20 minutes just for my coffee and bagel, and on top of that my bagel was just about cold when I went up to get it and my coffee order was all messed up. When I went to tell them about what happened they gave me so much attitude and made me feel like such a bother and even talked bad about me in the back while they were remaking it and thought I couldn’t hear. I love the convenience of there FINALLY being a dunkin’ near the highway. I use 495 daily and getting a coffee before leaving town always sucked because there wasn’t any dunks close by. This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful!
