We got there to get some traditional food, the server was in the kitchen speaking to the cooks, we sat ourselves down, did not receive any menus until 10 min had passed. He came over and only offered the daily special, we then asked for other plates on the menu. No water or drinks were offered, he went off to the back, saw him when the food came and finally got a drink. What a dissapointment the food was, $20 for a Churrasco with the smallest piece of meat I've seen, overall the meat was ok but very small for the price. My girlfriend ordered the ceviche levantador, that tasted like washed down shrimp! No taste at all, on top of that she bit a small piece of shell. Overall ended up paying $70 for poor tasting food and a horrible service. Would not recommend this place at all!! It's a shame this is what is representing a country rich in...

Trying to support Ecuador businesses but felt so disappointed when I asked what the price was for a side order of firied plaintain with cheese. The waitress tried to double charge me, I then showed her the price on the menu and she acted like she didn’t know and that she’s new to this place.
