So at first my visit was kinda comical cause I was in line for some food before heading to Mansfield for a concert. The line was long. I stood it in for about 5 minutes and no one got their order taken. It took at least 10 to get my order taken and then another 5 minutes to get my food. So a total of 25 minutes in their store. The whole time of which I watched the lady taking orders stumble around and succumb to being absolutely overwhelmed because SHE had to sit there and micromanage every bag to make sure it was correct. There was no receipts on the bag she had to walk back and forth to the register to check the orders. I finally got my food and was just like wow walked outside sat down and realized that I don't have a fork for my salad.... I have a knife..... I have a broken foot and had to go back in to get a fork and I had to tolerate this terrible terrible service. There was an absolute lack of management and a lack of social skills in the employee taking the order. She didn't even hand me my receipt she just put it near her. I literally felt like I was in the twilight zone I was dumb founded. Also my sandwich had honey mustard on it and I never asked for that. The Wendy's receipt also had no corporate survey invite?? Just a call survey which looks like their local...
Read moreSo I ordered baconator fries with extra cheese sauce pretty simple right, well I had to go to the drive-through four times no exaggeration first they give me a baconator fries with raw salad cheese on top and basically the whole thing was cold and not even cooked the same thing happened two more times before I finally just lost it third time coming around I have to pretty much like a child spell it out in see if they understand clearly not because the third time and my final time going around they give me the baconator fries with a tiny bit of cheese sauce number one I asked for extra number two where's the cooked cheddar on top that's supposed to be melted in I swear they're doing it on purpose because who has to go through the drive-thru three times I finally gave up clearly they're not going to get my order right and they have no idea how to make the simplest of things and I'm not really had a problem in here but whoever's been making the food lately I've been royaly messing it up on an unrelated note I also ordered a crispy chicken with no mayo and they put extra so it goes to show how the people making the food lately clearly don't care or read the order right if you can't make the right type of food then...

If you try to give every detail of an order through the drive through, they'll either get it wrong or have to run back through it piece by piece anyway. But if you wait to be prompted for details, they'll skip or forget them and then just assume. Got to the window today to find out they assumed the size of the meal and ended up getting charged $5 and some change to fix it? Pretty sure that's generally twice the price of swapping from a single burger to a triple, and I just wanted the larger drink with a chicken sandwich combo. No receipt provided as well, which was nice. I've weathered the inconsistency in the past for the convenience of the location but probably not anymore.
